Jay, Adam, and Teresa in sales were all great in their treatment of my wife and I in our purchase of a new car. Jason the head of service was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had in his areas of responsibility. We have owned many Mercedes over 40 plus years and all of these people made us feel like members of their family from start to finish-which had special meaning since we are new to South Carolina and have now made this our home! I cant say enough about this dealership! Everyone is so friendly and caring . Matt S. was awesome from start to finish . Very responsive and worked diligently to get me everything I wanted . I can say without a doubt this was my best car buying experience ever, and will for sure purchase a Mercedes in the future . Also , the finance manager Josh was awesome as well . I called Baker Motors after 5PM to inquire about a car I had seen on their lot. Cornelius Sanders answered my call and set an appointment for me and my wife the next day. We bought the car on the spot and had a very great experience with him and the entire Baker team. We felt really good about purchasing a car from people who care about us. 5 star treatment all the way!

I will start by saying thank you. To the sales manager and the sales representative to fix my Mercedes Me connect. Erasing the previous owner and creating a account for me. This is what i call great costumer services. Its incredible that on Savannah for almost for a year they couldn't to this simple things always making excuses and according to the technical service I was supposed to do a appointment just for that. Mount Placent you have a new costumer and more. AGAIN Thank you.

The service team was outstanding. I am from out of town and my coolant light came on. I rolled in about an hour before close and they immediately looked at it for me. Gave me an explanation of what they felt needed to be done and offered to wait while I worked out a rental car situation. They even gave me a ride without hesitation and waited until I was set before leaving. Jason, Andrew, Joe, the shop foreman, and Rick could not have treated me better. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about my experience at the Mount Pleasant Mercedes dealership. Not only were the people friendly and helpful, but they anticipated and met all expectations of what a car buying experience should be like. My salesman, John Ashton, was extremely knowledgeable and efficient and guided us through the buying process. Mellissa and Teresa Carter have followed up frequently to insure we were happy with our purchase and we had no issues with the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to all.

Baker Motors made buying a new car effortless. We purchased a new vehicle out of state and they provided videos, photos, and communicated with us on all the details. Pricing was the best we'd seen during our car search, even locally. They were so fantastic with their customer service and our car was delivered to Texas in pristine condition. They even helped us with understanding the features after the puchase with a phone call tutorial. We may never buy locally again...Baker is our first choice for great prices and service!

One of the best Car Dealerships I have been to, everyone was pleasant, nice, patience and very helpful to all of my needs. Daniel Saucier (Sales Specialist) is awesome, he is just as nice in person as he is over the phone. I traveled from NC and he assured me my vehicle would be ready upon arrival and no long wait period. Teresa Carter (Customer Experience Mgr) she was very helpful as well, she went over and beyond to assist. I will definitely recommend Baker Mercedes Benz of Mount Pleasant to all of my family and friends. It was definitely worth the trip.

This was our first experience with the Mercedes brand and Baker Motor Company. We were immediately greeted by Sean Arnold who accessed our needs in a very inviting manner. He was attentive to what we were looking for and steered us through various options while being extremely knowledgeable about the products. He demonstrated a high level of customer service and follow up during the sales process without ever making us feel pressured. During the sales process several other associates offered their expertise as well. Simone was extremely helpful in working through some reservations we had in jumping into EV ownership. Tim and Josh also spoke about their experiences with EV’s, which was helpful as well. Tim was also very helpful in getting the Mercedes me Connect setup and Josh walked us through the paperwork and financing, which was quick and easy. Teresa Carter followed up with us to make sure we were pleased with our decision.In conclusion, everybody who was part of the sales process was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Thanks for a great experience, and we love the vehicle.

On a positive note, Don, Jay, and Amanda and the entire service department are always helpful, pleasant, and genuine.On the other hand, the "perks" of driving a luxury car from Baker Motors have all but gone by the wayside. When I first purchased my vehicle, car washes (exterior only) were always available even when no services were provided. That stopped about six months after purchasing my car. Yet, interior and exterior car cleanings were always implemented in the past for any services. When picking up my vehicle, I was taken aback when seeing that the inside of my car had not been cleaned. I was informed that "that they can't find anybody to work". After spending over $2,000 on a service for my vehicle, I did get a rose; yes, just like they do at Gerald's Tires.

Overall a smooth, good transaction. Teresa Carter and Dan Saucier helped me find the car I wanted with the right accessories and color. Delivery guy was great too. Living in Atlanta and buying in Charleston was a bit hard but all worked out.
