Very upset. I had them hold an easel at the front counter. My husband over heard one of the cashier's say she wanted it. Went back up to pay and one woman exclaimed "There was a sold sticker on it, didn't you see the sticker?!" ... There was no sticker when I picked up the item. It was exactly what I was looking for. Never going back there.

Nice place to spend an hour or two. Mostly new stuff, it seemed. If you're decorating a space, this is a good place to find high priced, mass produced items. If you're looking for unique items, you may get lucky and find a few actual antique or vintage items at high prices. Overall, the aesthetic is lovely, but the prices and items offered left something to be desired. Also (and this is purely speculation) I felt like the workers were following me around thinking I was stealing.

I have been a patron of Mt. Pleasant Mall for many years. I love browsing the aisles and have never had an issue with staff though their etiquette leaves much to be desired. Today I found some Christmas ornaments that I thought were $12.50. The tag was folded over. After browsing I went up to purchase and had to take a phone call from my sons school. I thought the number seemed high but was quite distracted. After getting to my car I checked the receipt and was charged $42.50 per ornament. I walked right back in and politely asked the same woman who checked me out to double check the pricing. They were in fact $42.50. It was my mistake and I asked if I could return or exchange for less expensive ornaments from the same vendor. She said that they have a no return policy and brushed me off. I paid cash and was willing to spend the money with the same vendor which would have been no cost to the store or vendor. I own a small business in Charleston and realize that mistakes often happen. Unfortunately their customer service has cost the store and the vendor my business. I will not be back to Mt. Pleasant Mall.

If you are of a certain persuasion, expect to be "helped" A LOT. It's really quite fascinating that the women who work there hide thier ______ under the cloak of being helpful. It's so obvious.I was visibly talking on the phone and this woman interrupted my conversation to awkwardly comment on an item I was looking at. Less than 2 mins later she followed me to offer to bring my items to the front. I said no. Literally less than a minute after that offer, a woman who had already been following me and spoke to me twice asked me if I wanted to try my items on.I'm sure I looked like someone who would steal to them. Little do they know or care, I'm in the same line of business. I'm sure thier goal is to make certain ppl. feel unwelcome so they won't have THOSE KIND OF PEOPLE in the store. Mission accomplished, I felt unwelcome and unwanted. It's a shame really, but not unexpected. Sometimes you are pleasantly surprised, in this case it was as I expected when I walked thru the door. I've worked with women like this all my life.

This place offers great deals on high-end furniture as well as other beautiful items that don't cost as much. Love this place

A bunch of unpleasant women working in a fake antique mall. Most of the items are new and marked up quite high. There is def an audience for this mall and thier service. If you are like them, expect them to be pleasant, I imagine. If you aren't, expect to be treated like a criminal thinly veiled in helpfulness. You can find all of this stuff in Home Goods at a cheaper price.

This place is decorative and that's about it. Not a true antique store. Staff very off putting barely greeting you. Prices were overpriced and many repops. Not a place for true treasure hunters.

Cute place to look for sure but I got to say the ladies who work the front are so rude . Makes me not want to go back there.
