Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park is a great park with amazing and breathtaking views of the Lowcountry and the ocean water. Visitors can see the USS YORKTOWN from the scenic pier. The park is very clean and well-maintained, offering benches, swings, and places to sit for relief from the sun. It features respectful memorial monuments for service members like firefighters, police, and military veterans. The park has very nice walking trails and is a place for everyone. It includes a massive, great playground for children with tons of space to run. There are lots of fishing spots available, and people enjoy watching others fish. A fun gift shop and cafe sells souvenirs, sweet grass items, and cold treats like smoothies. Several picnic tables with benches are available along the pier. Public restrooms are available, with most reviews finding them nice and clean, though one noted they can be dirty. The park is dog-friendly with lots of pet waste stations, but pets are not allowed on the pier.
I love this place. Everything’s clean. Epic for a walk or chill out with friends and family. Also a great free workout gym space. Plenty of options

The view is breathtaking! There are lot of people there since it's the weekends. Quite a lot of people there fishing, walking and playing. There are quite a few memorials for service men that are firefighters, police, military, ect.
