Work seems okay-ish. Not sure it’s the best one could hope for. My car seemed to drive differently after, which is weird since it was only a few scrapes from a tight garage.I would try somewhere else. This is a PE owned shop focused on max profit.

High quality work done with professionalism and completed ahead of schedule, with very good communication of repair status. They even did a light detailing of my car as part of the process. I highly recommend Joe Hudson’s!

My bumper looked like it was painted outside. Was told there was a quality control process, that was a lie. Had to tell them to do it again 3, yes 3 times. Don't waste your time here. Unacceptable is perfectly fine here

Hate to write a bad review as this is the third time I've used (formerly) Mt Pleasant Collision and always had a great experience. Here was me experience:- It took *two months* to have my truck finished.- Obvious missing components in the parts replaced. Missing rubber door bumpers and weatherstrip.- Paint on new parts is just poor- Issues like my drivers side door lock doesn't work properly and fuel door is loose- They couldn't figure out how to get my tonneau cover back on so left it piled up in the back of the truckOther stuff like I had also wanted my front bumper replaced and had filed a seperate claim with my insurance company which they did nothing about, so it wasn't even addressed.Just totally disorganized and unprofessional and poor work. Again, I hate to say this because I specifically chose this place (all the way in Mt. P from John's Island) because of the good work they'd done in the past. I wouldn never go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone.Services: Painting

These folks are very service oriented with the customers best interest for their auto repair first and foremost. Very communicative throughout the process from claim to estimate to repair..

After constantly calling my insurance company because they told me Joe Hudson Collision was in their network. My insurance company stated over and over they havecnot received, an estimate for my truck. I gave up found me another collision center. Days later i finally received text stating you can come in on Monday concerning your vehicle. I moved on now. Slow response time.

I just had the worst experience with the lady at the front desk. She had the nastiest attitude over the phone because I had a few concerns about my car. She continuously started to cut me off and then proceed to tell me that if it's car accident related, they can do something about it. But my concerns are about the work that they did on my car. Not what happened to the car before because mind you it's been 8 months since I got in a car accident. So my recommendation is to go to a different company that will actually hear you out and not blame it on something else. Also if you do call it will go straight to voicemail and the voicemail box is full. I've been calling for days!

CAUTION if taking your vehicle here & double check their work. Also, consider *not signing* the release to complete work on your vehicle until you have received a detailed scope of work. I'm sure it makes their process more efficient, but it is not what is best for the customer. I interacted with both Tonya and Chas and while the shop has responded to multiple ratings on this thread saying they provide "first class customer service", this was nowhere near how I felt after my experience. However, Michelle at the front desk was great. Overall, I would not recommend this company.Services: Painting

Called & spoke to michelle tried to explain the situation we were in and needed an estimate today.. Without asking any questions she was very rude and condescending saying they'd have to tear the vehicle apart to make sure there's no hidden damages.. If she would have listened she would of understood my situation but she didn't.. Extremely rude

Update: Picked up my car today and Michelle apologized and we have a clear understanding about what happened. Michelle I appreciate you. Chez and Michelle you are the best.? Job well done my car is like new?My experience today was the worst. I spoke to Michelle Warten she was the rudest customer service person I ever spoke to. She not only cut me off and would not let me speak, she got defensive because I had more questions than she wanted to answer. When I called her out on her disrespect she hung up. I call back and got Tonya Sox and she instantly took Michelle’s side and did not want to hear anything I had to say. Instead she told me I was rude and she wasn’t even on the call. To add insult to injury Tonya tried to tell me I was making threats. This is unacceptable. Asking for respect is not threatening. When I advised that I would escalate she responded as if she was irreplaceable. So that tells me I’m not the first complaint and this is acceptable for your company.They had my car for almost 2 mths, insurance covers 30 days. I paid out of pocket for 10 days, returned my rental due to me being promised (on July 20th) my car would be ready no later than the 25th. Called on the 25th to be told that it will be done today July26. Called today and Tonya tells me Friday.This is unacceptable. Tonya needs a job where she doesn’t have to deal with people. I’m not sure if because I am a Black women that they automatically assumed that I was giving threats. I am disgusted. I will escalate until this is rectified.They also advised that the manager was unavailable with no timeframe on a return call. Tonya advised that she didn’t know who her manager’s manager is and that this is not a cus escalation line. Well she told me to goggle it.If I could give a 0, I would.

Unreliable and rude. Do yourself a favor and support a local business that will treat you and your vehicle well.Made appointment - had to book two months out. After one month touched base and confirmed appointment. When I called to figure out when to tow in car they told me they had canceled my appointment, didn’t apologize for their mess up, and then threatened that if my car showed up they would have it removed.Mistakes happen, however the company did not apologize and was incredibly rude. I had to scramble to find another shop (luckily I found one much more accommodating!) I contacted corporate and have not heard back.
