My review is mainly about the customer service. Unfortunately every time I come to this specific location they are out of my size (L) in all of the sales items. This is the case no matter what day or time. Fortunately I don’t mind ordering online in-store as they can have it shipped to me for free. I have also made several returns of online orders in person at this location, most recently with cashiers Grace and Mikayla. They made it quick and easy with the funds going back on my Old Navy card.

Employee working at around 1:30 PM on Monday 9/18 threw away my Starbucks drink that was half full. I set it down right next to me for only a couple seconds while I was going through a pile of jeans to find my size since I needed an extra hand and I didn’t want to mess up the employee’s folding. The employee should have asked if it was mine before immediately throwing it away. Manager offered no sort of apology or compensation for the $6 drink. I was disgusted and immediately walked out without buying anything. Will not shop here again.

Very friendly associates helped with a return of an online purchase. Not the easiest process but both associates that were involved kept their cool and professional demeanor.

The new return policy for Old Navy is ridiculous. It is 30 days from time of purchase. I went into the store a couple days after that. The employee at the front was rude and snarky with me as I asked if there was anything she could do. I will not be shopping here again. I dread returning things here anyway because the lines are always so long and the employees are not nice, which really is the reason I missed the window because I couldn't bring myself to come in and have to deal with all that.
