Chip did outstanding work as my mortgage broker. He and Bethany (the miracle worker) were able to guide me through the home buying process and overcame a several obstacles along the way. As an investor, I don't fit into a specific box. So, he helped, strategically, from start to finish with an indepth plan from application to rate lock. We had only four weeks to get a mortgage approved and the money in our account. Parker Lending was recommended as a company who could accomplish it. We quickly supplied the documentation that was requested and were thrilled when we were just as quickly approved. The process went very smoothly, and we closed on the loan in two weeks after we applied. What a joy it is knowing that there are great companies like Parker Lending.
