They demonstrate incredible customer support, happily resolving issues like replacing a cracked lens for free with no questions asked. The staff works pleasantly and efficiently with customers and outside optometrists to correct prescriptions. The commitment to care continues long after leaving with new glasses. My wife and I recently visited for our first time- we brought our chaos (two young kids 6 & 3) with us on a Friday afternoon. The staff was phenomenal from the appointment/visit to interacting and keeping our kids occupied while we were being seen. Will 100% be back.

Dr. Marshall and his entire team are extremely friendly, professional, and make you feel very comfortable during the entire visit. Dr. Marshall answered all of my questions and provided expert advice on my particular eye issues that no other eye doctor has yet to do. Highly recommend!
