Beware! I reserved a cargo size van to move my daughters things to college. They do not have this van at all. They did give me the next size van for the same price. We were only needing it for 1 day and going to return it the same night. Online the receipt said Free Unlimited Milage. When I picked up the truck I was blindsided by $.79 a mile. They were kind enough to drop it to $.50/mile and said that the website is misleading and they have to explain it all the time and that somewhere in the fine print there is mileage explanation. Call a make sure a person explains this as I could not find it on the website. I gave them 2 stars because the truck was adequate and the staff courteous.

I've rented trucks from other companies before but will never rent from anyone but this Penske after my experience this past weekend. Drew and all the staff have been incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. The truck was clean and ready when I needed it and I'm blown away with how easy and lovely the communication has been with this Penske team! Thank you!

Blake at Penske, Mt Pleasant is always very helpful and professional with our entire staff in 2020 & 2021.
