Very difficult to contact them. I emailed and waited 5 days before sending a follow up email. I tried calling during business hours and no one would answer. No voicemail option. When I did finally reach someone by phone they acknowledged seeing my emails but did not address if they planned to respond.

This is the biggest Planet Fitness I’ve ever been to. I went in late evening so it was not crowded. It has lots of weights and machines to choose from.

Everytime I come to this planet fitness I am always impressed at how clean it is. Everything is spaced apart and it's a big facility. Nothing feels crammed. I enjoy the staff as well they are very helpful!
