With custom printing there’s often a lot of back and forth to get things just right, but they were quick to respond, made the process easy, and even recommended the best product for the job. “Pak Mail was beyond extraordinary. They are the most attentive and responsible company I have ever worked with. Trey Carden was the representative there, and he was amazing. I inadvertently left a minor object in a hotel in Mount Pleasant, SC, and the receptionist at the hotel put the item in a bag and the Pak Mail group picked it up to send it to me. Unfortunately, the hotel receptionist put a completely incorrect address on the package, and so it became stuck in limbo for many weeks, and there was no way that it could find its way to me. Trey was truly amazing in personally contacting the US Post Office many times to track my package, finding where the package was in transit, then updating the mailing label with my accurate address so it at least would be directed to the correct city, and followed the process with me for many weeks, until it finally arrived in a nearby post office where I could go and pick it up. Through the process I interacted with Trey very frequently and he was incredibly experienced and attentive to the details of his business and the postal service intricacies. Trey and the Pak Mail staff were exceptionally kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire 2-3 month process! I could not believe that there are still people who work in small businesses that felt that degree of personal obligation and personal satisfaction to be sure they do the best job possible to help their clients. I was extremely impressed with Pak Mail!”

In a relatively short period of time we were able to create a website that far exceeded our original expectations! Throughout the process when even I needed to ask a question Phil was quick to respond or fix whatever needed adjusting. I’m overly satisfied and pleased with what we achieved.
I worked directly with Raebecca to create business cards, company hoodies and have some engraving done on company Yeti’s, all came out beautifully.

I almost passed up the closer UPS location to me and drove to another UPS location because Zac works at that location, but I was tight on time and had to go for efficiency with the closest store. “Macaylee in the print center really restored my faith in humanity tonight. I run a nonprofit and am hosting a fundraiser tomorrow, which I needed an incredibly important document printed for. A significant amount of funding is reliant on this document, which greatly impacts many students across Charleston (aka- very unprofessional of me to wait until the last minute to have it printed). Macaylee went out of her way, just moments before closing up shop, to ensure this document was printed for me on special paper and quite literally- saved the day. Not to mention- she did it with a smile on her face! Print centers can be a place of hostility and stress, as we all know printing can be difficult. Macaylee has changed that narrative from my perspective, and now I can’t wait to go back and print at Staples again!”

“When I first spoke with Kaley, she was so kind and helpful with figuring out the signage for my new studio. I told her my budget and she made sure to make it work within that budget and still give me what I was wanting. My signage was put up 2 weeks before our opening day, which will be great for promoting! And it's even better than what I had imagined and hoped for! It's absolutely perfect!
