“I had a very positive experience the young gentleman that waited on me were courteous and polite, and even funny both employees seem that they enjoyed working together.
They were informative and made the trip into the store pleasant. I noticed that the other young gentleman went out of his way for a man that needed Something notarized which he didn’t have to do because it was a weekend, but he went out of his way to do it anyway -for the customer .unfortunately the customer didn’t even thank him. People need to give back and recognize good deeds.”

I was having 6 coroplast signs printed for the event. They were very helpful and made everything so much easier for someone coming from out of town. “I had a voluminous amount of paper that I needed to convert to an electronic file, and went tentatively into the UPS store on Savannah Hwy, West Ashley for assistance. As a septuagenerian, I knew this would be a challenge for me. However, I was connected to U.P.S. employee Danielle who patiently helped make this paper conversion to an electronic file happen. Some of the pages were very ruffled, but that didn't faze Danielle, as she was pleasant throughout the entire process. U.P.S. has assembled a great team at this office, as I saw the other employees give good assistance to customers while being courteous during my 20-minute visit to this store. I would recommend this office to my family and friends.”
“We showed up to this location, very flustered after a shipping mishap with ShipSticks. We had five large pieces of luggage to ship that were tagged with FedEx tags and the Pickup wasn’t going to work out. We showed up with one young woman working behind the desk. We watched this young lady work with calmness, competency, and courteous to her customers. There was one particularly challenging customer (an elderly customer with a large packet of instructions) in front of us who needed a lot of extra help beyond what this employee’s typical job description is, and she handled it with ease and grace. She took our luggage and reassured us. It would be back to our home As previously scheduled. Four days later, our luggage arrived. Bravo to this young lady. I wish I got her name. She deserves a bonus and a raise. In a day and age where device is not guaranteed, she provided Excellent customer service.”

“I've had nothing but good experiences with this location. I assume that their primary function is to serve CofC and its students, but as a resident their shipping department has been able to receive and ship my packages on time, and I've had exceptional experiences with their printing department. If you go by the online delivery times alone, it may seem like they will miss your printing window if you're in an urgent rush, but if you call the location and explain your needs, the friendly staff behind the desk are reasonable and ready to help. “I had top notch service. I went and had some custom decals made/installed for my motorcycle. There was a hiccup and one was cut incorrectly and installed. Instead of taking the easy route making me schedule a second visit, Blake insisted that i give him the 15 minutes to make it right. He dropped everything he was in the middle of to cut a new decal, and installed it to my satisfaction.”
