So we have really been impressed with all the choices for grocery and Publix is no exception. They have a great selection of healthy meal kits and prepped meals. Seem to have the best luck with fruit and bread as they seem to go bad faster at other stores. It's close to us and convenient. Would like it if the parking was a little bit better. The parking lot is always congested.

If you want to find the worlds worst grocery store, come to this Publix. They are always out of everything and you will routinely wait 30 minutes just to get cold cuts. Worst customer service ever.

Although they didn't have ALL the toppings ready fir my amazing Publix Sub, it was still delicious and a pleasure shopping. (Must have been a busy sub day ?)

Best grocery around Park West. From pricing to customer service! Always fast even when lines, have baggers and again pricing is where it wins. HT and Lowes are crazy!

The atmosphere is angry. There’s a decent, but not great selection here and the bakery is embarrassing

Publix has everything you could possibly want and then some. I called the prepared foods section of their deli and was told it would take three and a half hours to fill my order of 20 chicken wings. I realize that they are busy but when I spoke to the chef she was rude and basically told me to go somewhere else for faster service. I guess they're understaffed and it frustrates her.I have been shopping in Publix since I was a child in South Miami. I suppose I should shop elsewhere.

I've always loved Publix and the wings from the deli . But after today I think I'm done. We spent 30 bucks on burnt wings . They were so burnt that the paper they were cooked on was still hooked to some of the wings.

Well stocked compared to Walmart. A little more expensive but worth the shopping experience. There was a staff. Enjoyed it.

Substation and Deli is unprofessional but the substation is the worst. They have untrained people that don’t wanna be working work the station. They are rude , talk about how your sub looks nasty in there opinion and they can’t even wrap the sandwiches. Seriously the worst Publix in the area by far.

SHADY produce packaging. These zucchini were turned so that the damages were not facing. Was going to make summer veg soup and unpackaged this in my kitchen

Pros - clean store, employees are curtesy, shelves usually stocked Cons - most expensive grocery store. Most items are 20-50% more than any other grocery store in the area. If it's on sale it's the normal price at any other store. Also, they have a very limited selection. Parking lot is small so always packed. This is an emergency grocery store for me. I actually drive farther to go to Harris Teether or Lowes which have larger selections and better pricing.

If this were my first time shopping at a Publix, it would be my last. Store was dirtier and less organized than any other Publix I’ve ever been to. Although I went for a delicious Pub Sub, it is not what I received. Service was lackluster and sub was sloppily made. Deli staff was not wearing their masks properly at all. They had them below their noses, wore them as chin straps or as an earring. I wanted to make my sub a meal. I served myself a soup and a drink. Alas, there were no spoons in the bin. I’m traveling so I didn’t have access to any. It took me quite a few attempts before I got any action. Deli staff looked in storage bins below in soda area. They even opened and touched trash bin which was dirty and had gum stuck to it. Gross. I assume they went to find some as they took off. I think in search of a spoon. After waiting for what seemed an eternity, I left the soup and drink idea behind. My husband paid for our subs, but I was unable to eat mine just thinking about how dirty the deli area was. Normally, I am a huge fan of Publix, but absolutely not this one. Dirty deli, disorganized store staff not as friendly as I’m used to. All lead me to believe this store needs a re-vamp. Drive a few more miles. Maybe those stores will be better.

This is my 2nd time attempting to try to shop at Publix and I'm convinced it's worst supermarket in the area, produce and veggies are either wilted or rotting, deli people are rude, meat is old and customer service is nonexistent. Quite frankly all of the Publix stores are the same in Mt. Pleasant including the one in Old Village. Going to stick to Harris Teeter where quality of food and choices is much more superior and not a dump of a supermarket like the Publix that hasn't been updated since the 90's.
