I had a negative experience here while helping my mother run an errand. The security guard insisted that I move out of the drive-through lane instead of retrieving a deposit slip with name, address and account number. This happened on 2/11/22 around 5 PM. My suggestion is to find a more elder-friendly business.

Extremely rude female drive thru agent! Zero customer service! Can’t even say hello… If y’all aren’t happy with your jobs…. Move on! There is no reason for this level of rudeness

I'd give no stars if it were an option. Was going to open an account here and set it up online and went into branch to fund the account and open it and the so called branch manager informed me that there was some kind of fee on my account and she was dumbfounded as to why and her phone was going off constantly with messages and instead of turning the volume off while she was assisting me she just let it keep going off and then she challenged me on the number of cases of the coronavirus in South Carolina and I let that go but then she challenged me on many other things and I got so ticked off that I got my stuff together and told her to have a nice day and I'd take my banking elsewhere. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people or I'm pretty sure you'll regret it if you do.

HORRIBLE BANK!!! Waited for 30 minutes to speak to an agent. Their Zelle service stinks. You have to wait for the money to get sent unlike any other bank i have. also they have spending limits with zelle. they only have an 800 number and i'm 80 miles to the closest location.

I have a 50k HELOC w regions. The servicing is shameful. We send checks to central processing and they either don't get deposited and we get sent to their collections dept or they deposit the check a month after it was written! This becomes a duplicate which is just lovely, because we have taken the time to drive to the lousy branch (open only Mon-Fri btw) and hand them another check before the due date. Also can't pay HELOC bill online like I can w/regions mortgage since my reg banking is with Wells Fargo (thank god!). It's a real despicable operation and I'd advise anyone to stick with a national bank. Stay away from regionals.
