During the replacement of my windshield. The technician cut the wire to my handsfree microphone. Also there was left silicone on my leather seats. Called the company to try and get it fixed and they informed me I have to wait a few days for them to come out and "document" the damage before anything can be done about it. If I were to take it to another company to have this corrected(I was going to take it to the company who installed the handsfree microphone) they will not reimburse me for anything. As far as I can tell my windshield was installed correctly so no complaints there

Have a broken rear window on an unpopular car. Made an appointment but they emailed me saying the window was not available and there was no projected availability date. I called the local Chevy dealership and they said said they could get the window. And I contacted two more windshield shops who both said they could get the window. Bottom line... Safelight only wants to fix it if it's easy for them.

Front desk personality was good and welcoming. Showed up for my appointment early and then I learned they ordered the wrong windshield. They told me I would have wait for additional 5 hours for completion due to the wrong order they made. When I picked up my vehicle the windshield was installed correctly but there was some issues I was not happy with. Reviewer wire harness broke, dash board shifted, and the windshield button was the wrong height. One of the technicians I spoke with was really being a smart butt. Did not want to argue with the results, so I just accepted the final product the way it was. After this experience, I will never use Safelite again.

Answered Kim's questions about windshield options, scheduled appt, assured me they had the right glass, pulled my windshield then said they had wrong glass. Put my old windshield back in and stated getting correct windshield is a week out. Staggering level of Incompetence! Instead of trying to sell me wipers, DO YOUR JOB and ensure correct windshield before scheduling install!!!

They scratched my car in 3 different locations. Also scrubbed the interior with a tool and left a mark. Jeff said he would have to get with his paint guy, but I never heard from him again after State Farm paid them. I suggest staying away safelite.

I had a crack in my windshield, and I was very upset. I stopped at Safelite, on Stuart Engals Blvd, in Mt. Pleasant, and they couldn't have been nicer, and were very professional. They answered all my questions, and fixed my windshield, beautifully. I highly recommend Safelite.... Jeff, the manager, really saved the day....

Bad customer service. Had an appointment for today for mobile repair between 1:00 and 6:00. Had not heard anything by 4:30 so I called what I thought was the local number and was informed that the glass was broken this morning and someone was supposed to have called me and rescheduled, which they didn’t. Ask to speak to the manager, gave me a different number, recording came on but was not able to leave a message. Still no one has called me. Would not recommend This Safelite location. Have rescheduled with Quackt Glass out of North Charleston. They were very responsive late today in scheduling and handling the switch in the claim to a different company. Will write a review after the windshield is replaced.

If I could give this place negative stars I would never go here. Had a broken side window and it took three weeks and still didn’t get replaced week 1 they told me to come in and I thought it would be easy enough sure enough they didn’t order the part. Week 2 I continue to wait and it doesn’t come in finally week 3 rolls around and I went in a day early by mistake. I talked to them about the window and everything and they suggested I go to a new place I told them I looked around and then came in the next day and turns out they canceled my appointment because I said I’d look around. They wasted my time and ruined part of my car because I had to wait so long and it kept raining and ruining my car. Never ever ever ever go here

Insurance made the appt, got several email & text reminders. Dropped car off and it was ready a few hours later. Staff was professional and courteous. Excellent experience.
