Run, don’t walk away from this Bluewater station! The management’s atmosphere, which is reflected in their staff, is intolerable. There are disgusting restrooms and service areas, employees on their phones, and impolite staff. The manager of this Bluewater targets guests who, like myself, have filed company complaints, deliberately making transactions times longer and more complicated.
Instead, drive across the street to the Exxon. Bluewater also this owns this location with clean restrooms and service areas. If you if experience an issue, staff is there to assist.

Every time I come here to fill up, there is no windshield washer fluid in the bins with the squeegee. I travel a lot, so when I fill up, I need to wash my windows. I guess I’ll find a different place to fill up going forward. It’s consistent , so much do that the bins are completed dry. I go to planet fitness, which makes it very convenient, but I’ll go to a different station from now on. By the way, it has nothing to do with the temperature. It happens in the summer, spring, winter and fall.*****Went there today, fresh blue windshield cleaning fluid and new squeegee in all water buckets. Thank you. Another full tank and clean windows !!

The lady behind the counter was honestly the most miserable human I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have never once written a review or for that matter a negative one, however this lady was so rude she needs to be fired. I will never return. Customer service was horrible! If you are that unhappy you should not be working in a customer service environment!

The hood of MT Pleasant gas stations. Loud rap music over the outside speakers while ur pumping gas. Over priced. Extremely troublesome clientele that pull up with music blaring and leave it blaring when they go inside the Mart. Makes me want to blow a hole through some stereos. This place would fit right in Harlem not MT Pleasant - especially being directly across from Belle Hall.
