I always love the staff at Sherwin Williams. The sales person at Sherwin Williams Mt. Pleasant was so very helpful when I was selecting paint choices for my bathroom. She even explained about the different types of roller brushes and how how some are more efficient than others.- Lynn

REALLY BAD SERVICE, SOME OF THE PEOPLE ON THE FRONT ALWAYS LOOKING LIKE SLEPPING, NEVER HAVE READY THE PAINT UNTIL YOU GET THERE MAKE THE PAINTER WAIST THE TIME FOR BE WAITING. AND SOME OF THEM HAVE A REALLY BAD ACTITUD. I HOPE THEY IMPROVE IN CUSTOMER SERVISE AND HAVE READY THE PAINT WHEN PEOPLE CALL MINUTES BEFORE. DONT REALLY RECOMEND THIS STORE.

I was in the Longpoint Rd store today and the sales person was not friendly, and NEITHER employee present was wearing a mask. I felt unwelcome and unsafe.

Have stopped here twice now. First time the lady was not very friendly at all when I told her what I needed. After several minutes of what I thought was nothing happening I was going to leave. Just I was leaving another person brought my paint from the back. It would have been nice if the first person had had the courtesy to tell me what was going on.Today I stopped by there again where this time I stood, alone, in the lobby for several minutes and no one came to assist me so I left and went to the Hwy 41 location which is much much better.

After going to the Benjamin Moore store in Mount Pleasant, SC for my house paint, I was shocked to see not a single staff member wearing a mask. We are in the middle of a Covid spike in cases & deaths. I turned around and went to SW. Everyone was wearing masks and hand sanitizers were readily accessible. They easily converted my BM colors to SW colors. Everyone was very helpful & I felt safe and confident. Thank you Sherwin Williams.
