I visited this location today to purchase paint and supplies to paint my home exterior. I had a list of supplies provided to my by the person who is painting my home. This trip should have taken the move 30 minutes, store wasn’t busy. I picked out my supplies and had a couple questions about the paint options SW has. The most frustrating thing about this visit was the constant bickering between employees. The elderly gentleman that works there is very unprofessional, calling his coworkers lazy and stupid in front of customers. To be fair the two black man working with him were not stupid or lazy, there was just lack of communication between the elderly man and them. I had my 10 yr old son with me who was in complete shock at he witness. I have worked in customer service for over 15 yrs, and what I experienced here today was so overwhelming and frustrating for me. I literally feel like I need to be medicated before walking in into this SW location. The elderly man has about 20 yrs over the other two man in life experience, he should know better than to behave this way in his place of work. I was not happy with what I experienced, and having my son experience it too. Also the employees can not agree on what products customers should be using for projects which left me and another customer who walked in after me very overwhelmed, seems like employees don’t have product knowledge of the products being sold here. Probably won’t shop at this location again.

I see many other people had the same experience as we did! We walked in to look at paint, decide on a color and get paint. Not necessarily a small order, it was to paint a whole house outside. No one ever came over to help us - we had to go to the counter to ask questions and it was hard to get the staff's attention even then! Worst customer service that I have ever seen. That is the reason we are using another store.

Staff not friendly at all! Seemed anointed with my questions. Not the first bad experience i have in this store. But certainly the last. I left the store after I ask the guy( who was standing in front of a computer) the price of an specific paint and have for answer “ I don’t know, probably $50 or 60”…really? Worst costumer service ever! Not coming back.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing and matching paint colors for a renovation and an addition. Steven was incredibly helpful and stellar at matching an existing wall color and a vanity color. He was courteous, helpful and quick! Thanks Steven!

Bought paint and supplies in here yesterday. Staff certainly wasn't the friendliest. Seemed put out by my questions. Went back today because I was just short on the paint I needed. Requested a quart of satin emerald, and they were sold out. Wouldn't give me any kind of deal on a gallon despite the fact that I only needed a quart (really didn't even need that much). Then ended up mixing a can of matte instead of satin (despite the fact that the whole reason I was getting a gallon was because they only had quarts in matte) so I had to go back and have them redo it. And to top it off there was red paint on the bottom of that can so when I put it in my car it left red paint which won't come out. Certainly not the level of service and professionalism that has led me to use Sherwin Williams over the years. You can't beat the Emerald paint, so I'll probably still shop here, but I won't be thrilled about it.

Megan is awesome!! I had a complicated painting job and she sat there explaining everything to me and helped me figure out the best paint to use. She also told me how to make the job come out the best. This whole situation took a while and she never lost patience with me, she also gave me a great price when they didn’t have the cheaper version of one of the colors I needed. Her coworker was also helpful, I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name! I will always come to this location regardless of whether it’s the closest option or not

Worst customer service ever by an employee named Steven!! I called ahead to make sure my paint was ready when I arrived. I got to the store and my paint was ready so I grabbed it and stood by the cash register to pay . Steven ignored me and kept helping other people that needed paint matched and mixed for 20 mins . And he refused to take 30 seconds to ring me up . I thought the reason you call ahead is so its quicker . Guess not . Will be taking my business to spectrum paint from now on.

Unfriendly staff. They stand around chitchating with one another and playing with their phones and seem bothered if you ask for help. The manager is useless.
