“Pak Mail was beyond extraordinary. They are the most attentive and responsible company I have ever worked with. Trey Carden was the representative there, and he was amazing. I inadvertently left a minor object in a hotel in Mount Pleasant, SC, and the receptionist at the hotel put the item in a bag and the Pak Mail group picked it up to send it to me. Unfortunately, the hotel receptionist put a completely incorrect address on the package, and so it became stuck in limbo for many weeks, and there was no way that it could find its way to me. Trey was truly amazing in personally contacting the US Post Office many times to track my package, finding where the package was in transit, then updating the mailing label with my accurate address so it at least would be directed to the correct city, and followed the process with me for many weeks, until it finally arrived in a nearby post office where I could go and pick it up. Through the process I interacted with Trey very frequently and he was incredibly experienced and attentive to the details of his business and the postal service intricacies. Trey and the Pak Mail staff were exceptionally kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire 2-3 month process! I could not believe that there are still people who work in small businesses that felt that degree of personal obligation and personal satisfaction to be sure they do the best job possible to help their clients. I was extremely impressed with Pak Mail!”
