I go here all the time for work. Is it pricey? Yes. But hey, I'll take the convenience over driving all the way to the post office some days. The owner and the associate who are always there seem like a good team. They've always been nice on my visits, funny even. I usually go if I need something metered for postage because I can't seem to get with the times and convince my work people to get a postage machine. I buy my stamps at Harris Teeter though for lighter packages. I also drop off my fedexes at mail and more. You don't need to mail something from there and pay extra for a simple letter. There is a USPS drop box right next to Harris Teeter. They seem to have a lot of offerings but I just go for the basics.

Rude Owner. My experience was one of the owner degrading and belittling me while I was in his store. People in the Mt. Pleasant area need to be aware of the ownership of this store and consider shipping at a more respectful establishment.

I've shipped here for years and these folks are nice and helpful. Of course they charge more than the post office, they're not subsidized by the govt and they have to make a profit! And they have NEVER charged me to drop off a UPS shipment that was ready to go (not in need of some work or service on their part).

After reading the reviews here, I really wish I had read them earlier! Yelp would do well to institute negative stars! This is a very disturbing place to do business. I agree with another poster who said it was chaotic and overstocked in there. But intrepidly, I walked in with a simple goal: buy a stamp. A single stamp at the post office would cost $0.50, and of course I expect to pay a slight upcharge for the convenience of picking one up in my shopping center. I was going to purchase a stamp and put it on my envelope and stick the envelope in whatever mail slot they had there. I had never been there before, so wasn't sure exactly how they functioned. The kid behind the counter said "Let me see the envelope. I believe it needs more postage." I assured him it did not or it would be marked as such. He took it out of my hand and laid it on the scale. I said "I'm not buying more postage for that envelope, just sell me a 50-cent stamp." He took the envelope went in the back and applied a 50-cent stamp, came back and told me that would be $0.87! Eighty-seven cents!! A $0.37 upcharge - 74%! And I had no choice but to pay it because he had already put it on the envelope! The man I assume is the owner, nasty old guy, though probably still younger than I am, became aggressive and insulting. I'm not even going to write the things he said to me. I picked up my stamped envelope and made for the door. The young man said "Oh, we can mail it for you," and I said "Not after the way he treated me! Why would I trust you?!" Suffice it to say I will never go in there again, and I strongly advise that no one else does either.

If I could leave a review with less than one star, I would. This place is a mad house. Totally trashed. Unorganized. Rude. Can't do the job you ask them to do. I walked in the door and did a double take bc I thought I had entered the wrong door somehow and was in their stock room. Stuff is piled high, floor to ceiling, strewn about every where. I had to step over mailers and boxes on the floor when I walked through the door way. Tv blaring. They can't find anything. Like I said, on top of the chaos and inept ability to do their own job, they are absolutely rude. Literally anywhere else can do a better job with less attitude.

The absolute worst. They charge so much to mail anything! $3 just to mail a card and my packages never get delivered in time.

Avoid this overpriced place! $1 to drop off a USPS package. Ridiculous! Claims they have to call a courier to pick it up. Doubtful. Also charged me over $15 for a book of stamps that costs $9.80. When I called to question the charge, owner replied "I could charge $50 if I want to." Just keep in mind this is the South, fair prices and great customer service will get you much greater success by repeat customers, rather than price gouging them so they never return. Never again! Go somewhere else for your mailing needs.

Are you kidding me? Your rude and over priced services may work up North, but never again! Will help you load up your U-Haul for the trip home!
