I visited two times recently and will NOT be back. Only reason I went here was to return an online order, the first time I had to leave without doing the return because the lines were long, not moving and the employees acted like they didn't care how many people were waiting to be helped. The whole store feels dirty. All the stuff pilled up every where makes it feel more like a bargain basement store and not in a good way. You can't tell who employees are because they're wearing hoodies and not a work uniform. They also don't seem to know what they are doing. One lady had a print order that the store messed up, and the employee didn't explain what the problem was or even apologize. She kept calling on the radio for a manager, but got no response. When I left 15 minutes later they were still waiting for a manager. There was a long line at the cash register, another long line for printing, and the manager is no where to be found. Other employees see people waiting to be helped and they're laughing and goofing off in the back of the store.

Horrible printing experience. Placed order online for in person pickup. Way past the deadline, and they keep you on perpetual hold, never advising on the status of your order. I went elsewhere, and eventually got a refund from Staples, but it took multiple hours of my time. Avoid this severely under resourced store.

There is a young gentleman named Damieon who works there- hands down this young man is going places in life! He took the time to help me problem solve a complicated issue with my laptop charger cord. At a time when the retail experience can be frustrating and confusing (& customer service service seems like something from a bygone era) an experience like the one he providedshould be valued and appreciated. Shout out to a great employee!

I don't shop at Staples that frequently but I had an immediate need for a piece of equipment that would have taken too long to order from online retailers. Staples had one in stock so I purchased it and picked it up the next morning. However, once I got home with the item I realized that it was an open box item. I have no problem with that but I was charged the full retail price. Upon providing that feedback, the store manager Karlef reached out to me, got a refund issued, and followed up when the refund hit a snag. That type of customer service is hard to find these days. 5 stars for quality customer service.

I am 80 years old and think slowly and speak slowly and am, as my grandson says, "technology challenged". I am also poor.In somewhat of a panic, after my old brain and old computer crashed at the same time, without anything on either being backed up, I took the hard drive to the Houston Northcutt location and had the pleasure on encountering Ronald in the "tech ... fix the computer" department. Ron not only "fixed my situation" but did so promptly with astonishing patience and clear guidance so that, when I got home, I could " get it up" without difficulty... easily accessing my "lost information".Ronald is great.PS: As I waited around for an hour or so on a couple of days, I also encountered and watched and briefly interacted with Joseph, a young man who was both polite and professional with both me and all the other customers.

Had a wonderful experience at the Staples in Mount Pleasant (Houston Northcutt). Jen (the Manager) helped me with a project and could not have been more knowledgeable, professional, and kind. There was also at the time a gentleman working in the printing area where Jen was and I observed his great customer service with 2 other customers. And as I was walking out the store I was greeted by a young man that was working near the cash registers. I could not say enough about how great my experience was. Thank you all so much.

This has to be the worst Staples on the planet. Their printing services department is a total disaster. Nothing is ever ready on time. They refuse to answer the phones. There is always a line of people there to pick up printed materials and only 1 disgruntled employee working the entire printed materials dept. Then you get to the front of the line and your order is never ready even though the online system gives you a certain time to come pick up. The store is dirty and needs a deep clean. It’s just terrible. Don’t come here.

Jason the sales manager was wonderful to work with to get my company's prints picked up just in time before an event! He took a stressful situation and made it stress-free! Really appreciate the customer service and I highly recommend this store for all your office needs!
