Very rude customer service.
Before I even came to the table, she said they didn't have that item that I needed to exchange. Didn't bother to say hello or ask if I have any other questions.
New seasonal (teenagers) cashiers were nice and friendly, so the one star goes to them.

Is this a thrift store?? I needed a pair of shorts and figured, what better place than Target? Boy was I wrong. Not much selection and the place looked like a disheveled thrift store with Target prices. Would have taken pictures but I was in a hurry.

I will be avoiding this Target. The staff is never friendly or helpful. Returning items always takes forever and the people working at that desk are rude and disrespectful. Finding items is difficult as well, and none of the staff seem to want to help you find the items you are looking for, even when you have them pulled up on the Target App. The checkout process is terrible. There are always long lines and the people working the checkout stations are never friendly or move quickly. All of my recent visits have been like this, I will not be returning to this store.

I've had so many mess ups with my online orders. Once they canceled a bunch of my items because they “couldn't find the bag” and would not go back to look for it. Thankfully I always checked my bags before leaving the parking lot and discovered the mess up. When I went back the employee was like oh yeah he canceled it—he should have told me that when I picked up my order. I've had items missing, and now I'm waiting forever because I received a box but without the lid. The employee said there was no top where they get them from—why would I want the box with no lid? After waiting he magically found the lid.

3 of my items had wrong price on the shelf and the check out person was not rude but certainly not friendly or pleasant.

Beautiful Target. I’d rather drive the distance to go here past my local Target. Guest services seemed understaffed. I found almost everything I was looking for. Fast, Friendly checkout.

Restrooms are not super clean. There are also tons of people working here, yet there are long lines all over. There are currently 9 people waiting in the Guest Services area and there's not a single employee over here.

Target stores have friendly employees and is always clean. Drive up is convenient for me.

This is the worst target I have ever been to. It is always dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting, and they are constantly out of stock of items with bare shelves. I have come here multiple times hoping it was a fluke, but it’s always terrible. It is so poorly managed, I would recommend finding a different location to shop at.
