I hope that no one was injured when the hurricane struck the Men's department. Wow

This target always has empty shelves and has extremely long lines. We are lucky if they have maybe 1 check out stand open during a busy Sunday afternoon.

This target is hit or miss with availability of sizes, and is often extremely messy, disorganized, or bare on the shelves.

It is a nice store, usually well kept except at really busy times. Staff are generally nice. Sometimes the lines get long.

Rush-hour on a Thursday and not enough employees working the cash registers! Huge line not worth waiting in.

I will be sure to stick to the North Charleston location from now on. I don't know if it's because it was the day before Valentine's Day or what but I felt completely invisible to the staff here. A couple employees almost rammed their stock carts into my stroller, a couple employees cut me off completely to where I had to stop in my tracks or run them over, another employee actually brushed by so quickly they actually did bump my stroller but had no idea, another stopped right in front of me and left me to watch them bend over and clean up the bottom of an end cap while I was trapped where I stood due to others stopped on the other side. The worst was when I decided after such a lousy time to opt for a cashier experience rather than the cold self checkout. First she turned the basket completely upside down dumping the valentines treats and a new $11 book on the belt. No respect for the money I was about to spend as I adjust my book so the pages aren't crinkled from how it landed. Despite that, I said "hello how's it going" to the cashier and while she was VERY friendly with the elderly woman in front of me, she did not respond to me. Maybe she didn't hear me but she actually didn't say anything to me until I said "hope you're having a good day" and let her know I was upset by the lack of response. She said she told me hello, maybe I didn't hear it, but I was standing in front of her almost in tears because all i wanted was one positive interaction but JEEZ! As I'm leaving she gives me a passive aggressive "hope you have a good day too." At least in my experiences at North Charleston, the cashier ALWAYS speaks to me, the greeters greet you, the staff say excuse me when they almost ram your stroller...anyways now I am just rambling but from my days in customer service, whether it's a good day or a bad day, EVERY CUSTOMER MATTERS.

Checkout is a nightmare! Not enough registers open and only 4 self checkout machines. They are starting to slowly become like Walmart.

If you’re looking for an experience in Mount Pleasant where you can place an online order and be told that it will be ready in two hours, but it’s still not ready after five or six hours, then Target is the place you want to be! Stop by to check on your order (don’t call; they won’t answer) and have one of their annoyed-looking customer service people tell you to come back the next day. Perfect! Next, you’ll enjoy the wait while they try to contact a manager but won’t be able to locate one, and the annoyed-looking customer service person will leave the area and be replaced with an all-new grouch who also clearly doesn’t want to be there. And did we mention that all of these “services” are FREE? That’s right—you too can be treated like a nuisance for daring to give this trashy store your business. Delightful!(Seriously, fire the entire management team and start over. And to the Target corporate team: you’re wasting a lot of money hiring people to stand around this store and ride the clock.)

The staff in this store couldn’t care less about the customer experience. This is no doubt the fault of Target corporate in their race to the bottom. Target is now nothing more than a red-themed version of Walmart.

Target opens at 8 but the dressing rooms open at 10... Because that makes sense.

The store was fine, it’s Target, but the Starbucks staff were unnecessarily rude.

Slowest store I have ever been to. Terrible management left 1 kid by themselves doing all pickup orders at 6pm. Waited over 30 minutes and still sitting here. Lame.
