I stopped by to order the acai Nutella bowl and acai tasted like it was freezer burnt… literally the worst acai bowl I ever had. I tried to make conversation with the lady making the bowl and she told her co worker to smile and wave? Like maybe you shouldn’t be in the restaurant business.

Best acai bowls ever! The acai doesn't taste like sweet sorbet. We've tried a bunch in MP and these are by far the best. The toppings are always fresh, too. The only downside is the staff performance is hit or miss. But I have to give 5? for how good the acai is.

Loved this place! Only complaint is that we lived here over a year before we found it! Crepes were spot on. Such thin, crispy perfection on the outside and depth of flavors on the inside. We had the ham and egger and rosemary chicken. Both were great- sauces sooo good. Atmosphere was fun, kid friendly, and casual. So happy to finally know about Tasi. We will be back!

The veggie panini w/o the goat cheese is very good. Coffee drinks with plant based milks, smooties and wheatgrass shots. The Green pill and the Red pill juices are fantastic. Updated from previous review on 2023-10-03

We came for lunch and breakfast on our short Charleston trip because they had exactly what we wanted. We loved the good morning smoothie, the green dragon smoothie, the mango smoothie, the chia pudding bowl, and the Mediterranean sandwich, minus cheese.

Always love ordering from here when I’m at work cause I usually don’t have time to make breakfast. Today I ordered 3 crepes that were made without one key item, so I called them and got a refund as well as a good chat. Found out that a new person made it and since it was advertised without that one ingredient they didn’t know that it was supposed to be made with it. Got it all figured out and food was still delicious, will always recommend this place!

I was also there at the same time as Ms. Ennis and her sister-in-law. I was one the two people in conversation on the other side of the restaurant. I heard the owner very nicely ask the children to use their "inside voices", which I appreciated because the children were a bit loud. Everything seemed fine after that until one of the women started yelling at the owner seemingly out of the blue. In my opinion the woman was completely out of line and the owner handled the situation calmly and respectfully.

I love Tasi! As it is close to my work, my husband and I go often for lunch. It's a great place to relax, play a vintage game and get a wrap. They have things for children to play with while they wait! If you're in from out of town, you should visit this jewel in Mt. Pleasant!

In response to Lauren Ennis’s previous review. I’d just like to say I’ve never been so disgusted with the behavior of a woman and her child in public before. The children were undoubtedly disturbing the other customers in the cafe and the women were asked respectfully by the owner if their children could be a little more quiet. Before the women left they berated the owner, screaming across the cafe threatening to go viral with their “traumatic experience.”It’s very clear these women are from the North East. Please leave your bad attitudes up north next time.Tasi Bites is a local favorite and is a special part of this community. The owner, the employees work very hard to create a great experience for everyone!

wanted to come on here and explain how my sister in law and I were just treated at the Tasi Bites in seaside farms outside of target. We picked up our children from their camp and went over to Tasi to order some sandwiches to go. Our kids (who are 4 & 3)were excited to be together and we got them cheese doodles and chips and they sat down to eat them. They were excited and were giggling about cheese doodles and the owner came over to sternly speak to our children to say that this is restaurant and they can’t have children yelling in their restaurant. There were only two adults sitting together at the time of this towards the opposite end of the store, which were deep in convo and seem to be completely unbothered (in which I would have seen if they complained). The manager states that he had people walk away from the store because our kids were so disruptive. There was not one customer to walk in the store behind us, so to lie to cover himself was beyond disappointing. I told him how upsetting it is to treat two mothers with small kids like this and he told me if I didn’t like it we could leave with the nastiest smirk. How dare you! We are paying customers and were getting food TO GO!I said how disgusting to talk to your customers like this and I could understand if our kids were running around the store then sure ask us kindly if we could do something about it. He said “now i understand where your kids get it from.”For an owner to speak to me like this was insane and my choice word was to say “he was a l**** and that other mothers should know how he’s treating us!” Not my best moment, but the hurt was beyond because as a mom you know when your kids are misbehaving. This was not not one of those moments. If the owner felt so strong about this, there’s ways to handle these situations. He said this was a kid friendly environment, and that he’s been in business for years and never seen two children so misbehaved.Over cheese doodles!!!!!!Sorry for the rant - but sir there’s ways to handle your business and this was so upsetting. Lost customer!
