There were two staff members working. The first one was chit-chatting with either a driver or a customer. A second, middle-aged, white male came around to offer assistance; however, he was the most unintelligent, unhelpful UPS worker I've ever encountered. Bad, lackadaisical attitude and pretty darn ignorant, not just about customer service but relative to addresses, zip codes, special delivery needs, etc. Will not return to this UPS location.

Best UPS store in Charleston. First went during holidays VERY efficient, every time I'm there the wait of there's one is fast! Pricing is best in town i will drive 30 minutes to just go to this one. Won't go to any other. Sullivan is courteous as is all of their staff

While dealing with returns and shipping can be annoying, I have never had a bad experience at the Oakland UPS Store. I am in there weekly and they always have the perfect solution for me. Recently, TJ went above and beyond to help me with a difficult return. He does it with expertise and a great personality. Nothing phases him. Thank you, thank you!

I visited UPS Store #6457 today, 29466 UPS Store, to process my postage paid returns. TJ was so charming, professional and so helpful he said, “this is USPS” I needed to buy the packaging and tape one of the returns up. He went above and beyond to meet my needs. His customer service is off the charts. He offered to keep my packages, as USPS would pick up in the morning, I brought them across the street to USPS in Ace Hardware in North Mtp because I didn’t want to impose. TJ offered a one stop shop experience even though I was in the wrong place. Thank you, TJ, you made my day! Thank you so much. May God bless you all your days! 🌻
