Called the Verizon 1800 number, after an hour , even they tried to reach the highway 17 store and they told me no one would answer the phone. It was in regards to an issue we had setting up my iPhone and we needed information from the employees at the store. Unable to reach the store no matter who you call.

Jeff was great to work with! My husband & I were in a nightmare trying to switch from a Spectrum business account, and Jeff spent two hours working with us to get it resolved. Great customer service!

Yesterday’s experience was excellent—thanks to Heather. She knows the ins and outs of Verizon plans, and she took the time to solve my problem in a way that cost me no extra money on my monthly bill. She’s efficient, smart, and friendly.

It is very hard to get anything done through Verizon. No direct line into the Hwy N 17 store. When you finally get to someone at the 800#, you don't get a correct answer. After 15minutes I got a phone number. Turns out the 843# puts you right back into the 800# loop. Will have to drive to the store to make an appointment; otherwise, you can wait hours for service. If ATT was better, I would switch carriers.

Brianna P. is the person you want to see! She is knowledgeable, kind, patient and has the BEST attitude. Things got complicated when trying to replace a broken phone and she kept it running smooth and efficient without making me feel guilting for taking up so much time.Thank you again!

Ask for Brittany! At the Mt Pleasant Sweet Grass location. Brittany is a gem. I wanted to upgrade my phone and, of course, get the best price and she spent at least an hour with me pricing different options and explaining different iPhone features. She could answer every question I asked and repeated answers - with a smile on her face - many times for me. I’ve NEVER had a more knowledgeable and easy experience at Verizon and it was because of Brittany! Verizon, this girl deserves a raise and a promotion! Thank you so much Brittany!!!

Poor service. Upon entering the store, you receive no greeting or queue instructions. Spent 10 minutes wandering the store without any associate acknowledgement. Time is valuable, and a simple greeting will go a long way to ensure your associates receive some type of commission.

The manager, Breon, took my trade-in, ensured the credits were going to apply to my account going forward, and walked me through my billing. Perfect from start to finish and I highly recommend.

Brown, the manager verified my sons trade in was going to apply as he'd thought it would and walked us through the billing as we turned in an old phone. The experience was great from start to finish and Breton had us out of there in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend d these folks and Breon is an All-Star.

The associates here are inept. They made SEVERAL mistakes that have cost me a lot of money and hours spent on the phone with customer support. Avoid this place at all costs.

THANK YOU BRIANNA! I am technologically impaired and HATE switching phones so I dragged my feet switching from the 8 to the 13. Brianna was not only empathetic to my fear of technology and all things new but patient, helpful, professional and fun! She assisted me in purchasing my new phone, otter box and charger and even helped put everything together for me. I was a tad overwhelmed and forgot one thing she taught me so I emailed her and received a response very quickly. It appeared that the team worked together well and I was assisted by Brianna within minutes of walking in the door. Great experience!
