Products are great. Sales personnel are non existent except to guard the door while ensconced in their phone. She didn’t look up when I entered or left store. It SHOULD BE about customer service; Instead it is off- putting to not be greeted nor asked if I could be assisted. A nose in the cell phone is the epitome of rudeness.

My friend and I came in here to shop, and we were greeted by Alex. She was so incredibly helpful in our shopping experience, extremely nice and very accommodating. She made our experience in this store a 10/10.

well established store, overbearing staff member. followed us around. measured wrong. and insisted on me, and my 18 year sister to go to the pink section to find smaller/less fancy bras. Also made rude comments implying our current bras are to big and we need pushups.

The website and signs indicate a 10AM opening. After waiting and shopping next door till 10:20 I called and someone who answered said they open at 11AM. When I asked why website and signs said 10AM, the response was "that's corporate not my problem ". All I could say was wow

Had the best time shopping here. My bra size has changed several times over the past year being pregnant, then nursing/postpartum I had no idea what actually fit me. I went in and Maddie helped me find a few bras in what I thought was my size, and quickly realized it was not going to work. In the dressing room Maddie and Jasmine both brought be several bras in several sizes and styles and helped me decide which fit me best. Once we found the perfect fit I left with the same bra in several colors and it has made all the difference. It’s so nice finally being in something that fits after a year of such change. I can’t thank these girls enough for their help.

When an associate asked me three times if I wanted to be measured, and the answer was no every time, she continued to ask instead of stopping. Very pushy and extremely disrespectful.

I came in with my client with dementia to buy better bras. Shopping can be overwhelming for us. But Kalese and Amanda were SO sweet, understanding and patient. Kalese got her bra measurements and helped us find the perfect fit and style, while being patient and so nice. I'm so thankful that they were willing to help!!! Amazing ladies!

I was greeted today by the door and three employees. I came in with laughter and jokes and was greeted accordingly with jokes and smiles. I went to check on my bill and was served by another employee that was currently assisting some merchandise. Although I know what my bills was and what was due, I wanted to check out whether the information was correct. Brittany and the whole Staff of Victoria's Secret & Pink was pleasing and friendly. Upon existing out I recieved the same service when I entered the store. Always a pleasure to shop and have fun with the crew. ???. The atmosphere was clean and organized and fashionable fabulous or to whatever suits an individual style. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was very hurt and disappointed with Victoria Secret. I felt because of my age I was discriminated, I asked for some help with some scents and with a jogging outfit for my daughter and both times I felt that I was disturbing the sales lady. She had a young lady about 17-18 years old she was helping and I waited patiently as she gave the young lady very helpful assistance with a lovely smile on her face and having a nice conversation regarding what the young lady was considering purchasing however, after she was through helping the young lady she came over to where I was waiting and said "what can I help you with"? I proceeded to ask about a pair of jogging pants and the top that matched it, not even looking she said, Im sorry we don't have it in that size without making any kind of effort to look, no conversation, no smile nor any kind of suggestions on anything else she could help me with. She left and didnt give me a chance to ask anything else. Another young lady came and asked her for assistance at which the same saleslady proceeded to help her and striking up a conversation telling her that she would go look in the back to see if they had any of the color she was looking for. To make a long story short I finally decided to just get some scents for my daughter. I went to go pay, at this time she was speaking to another young lady btw, I am 61 years old but I love the scents that are sold at Victoria secrets I have bought my daughter presents here every year for Christmas. Anyways, as I was saying, I was ready to pay for my purchases, I stood at the cash register for about five minutes and no one acknowledged me nor that I existed so I went to where the same saleslady was, which was speaking to another young lady, at which, she responded abruptly, "I will be there shortly" I apologized to her if I caused her any inconvenience and she didn't respond. Finally she came and rung my order up, didnt say anything other then how much it was and thank you for coming. The other young lady she was helping, she couldn't say enough to, as well as the one prior to her, they were all young and I do understand that young ppl don't really like speaking to older ppl I get that but, not to the point where it makes the us feel like we don't belong in Victoria Secrets nor that we are still capable of feeling like a woman.I dont think I will be going back to Victoria Secret anytime soon, as I said, I felt very discriminated because of my age. Wake up young ladies we still feel like a woman and we should be treated with the same respect, one day God willing you will be my age and I hope you will never be made to feel discriminated because of your age.

Can't say this was my best vs shopping trip. From the time I walked in until the time I checked out I was not acknowledged by any associates (as in a hello, can I help you find anything). The only time I was approached was when the manager came up to tell me the panties sizes are shoppable in the drawers and only a certain size is stocked on top. Helpful info, but a hello would have been nice. I understand everyone is short staffed but there were at least four people working in the store and about four groups of customers at a time. The store has signs and arrows to keep social distancing which I think it great. Selection is decent and store seems to be well kept.
