Lack of communication, always out of prescriptions, long phone hold, long in store waits, unpleasant staff

It will take several minutes for staff to notice that you are at the front counter. When they do arrive it will be very evident what an inconvenience you are by being a customer and wanting to make a purchase. My last visit myself and two others were waiting in line for quite a while when a rude young woman with a septum piercing (nothing against them, but I’m sure this will make it evident who I’m referring to) yelled at us from the photo area that we needed to all come back there to check out. There was a gentleman working with her who was obviously embarrassed by her behavior. I felt bad for him being in that situation.

Pharmacy must not have a sufficient stock or a lack of resources. It’s always hit or miss if they have our prescriptions in stock and filled timely. Will be switching to the pharmacy on Johnnie dodds.

So the pharmacy just randomly shuts down indefinitely ON A SATURDAY, without notifying those who hadn't picked up there prescriptions on Friday. So now I have to go through the weekend without my medication because the doctors office is not open on Saturday to send my script elsewhere. GREAT JOB AS ALWAYS WALGREENS!

Constant problems customer service poor they do not confirm your insurance try to charge you the whole amount I am USN retired and was informed that TRICARE FOR LIFE pays for my medications they tried to charge me the whole amount I asked them to go through TRICARE ended up paying 1.25 GO FIGURE, refills are not ready but an email is sent, then you are informed that your prescription is at another walgreens I had to call all my doctors offices to see what is going on. Have to go back tonight to pick up my meds.
Not a good experience 😕 😞

I ordered a product online and went ahead to go pick it up even though I had not received the notification that it was ready. Well surprise surprise…they did NOT have what I ordered. I wanted the 8oz bottle of Hibiclense and all they had was the 16oz. So we had to cancel the order and then I had to buy the larger size. It SUCKS that Walgreen takes orders that they cannot fill. I would have gone elsewhere, but who wants to run around town to different stores? It’s why we order ONLINE. The salesperson didn’t even offer to call other locations or ask anyone if she would honor the price of what I ordered online. I will not go back to this store… Walgreen should be ashamed.

TERRIBLE!! The pharmacy ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! they had one of my meds that i needed because i have a chronic illness that causes severe pain and when i called i told them i was in another city and to not rush BUT i will have someone pick it up before they close and they said they should have it done in an hour…. I look on the app 3 hours later and it STILL WASNT READY and when i called before they closed they said it won’t be ready till TOMORROW!! So while they go home and get cozy in their beds, I’m in the ER because i don’t have my meds to help with my pain! I will NEVER use them again and don’t get me wrong i know I’m not the only one with meds there but don’t lie to me telling me it will be ready today and then i have to wait till tomorrow. But of course they don’t care because it’s not happening to them. Story of my life

I get five Prescriptions filled every month. My doctor sends them in via E scribe every 28 days. The pharmacy consistently tells me they aren’t in stock days after they were sent in by my doctor. I tried to come up with a solution for this ongoing problem with the pharmacist working today and she hung up on me. If you need your prescription on time, go somewhere else.

Mensroom had a wet diaper stuffed in toilet seat covers holder. Seemed like it had been there for a long, long time.
The entire restroom was dirty, smelly, and disgusting.
I'm not sure I'd risk getting an Rx at this location. Maybe they have a clean restroom for the pharmacy staff.
I will NEVER GO BACK TO LOCATION.

I have been in this store numerous times over the years but I will never go back!! When I went to pay I was told by a clerk if I opened an account I would get $50.00 credit & didn’t need to pay for the ideas I was going buy. However that was not the case. I received a statement from my Walgreens & a Mastercard! Paid the balance, cancelled the account & destroyed the Mastercard!! You just can’t believe anything from people these days!

Kay is the name of the pharmacy tech everyone is complaining about in these reviews. I had the same experience with her today. She’s a liability to patient care and safety. Her extreme attitude is preventing patients from getting medication they desperately need asap. It took her 4 hours to fill what I needed. I suffered until she finally felt like filling my prescription. Doesn’t care, acknowledge, or show any sense of urgency for anything or anyone. Remove Kay ASAP from her job!

Visited the store a bit after 9 am yesterday. Pharmacy drive thru. Rude phone ‘greeting’. Nasty and very curt woman was who we encountered at your store drive thru. I echo previous comment from another customer because she must have had to deal with the very same employee because their experience snd thoughts are exactly the same as mine.Rude, impatient, bad attitude of check out person at pharmacy. She doesn’t look at you or says hello, takes an irritated tone and just asks for your name and gets annoyed if you have a question. She shouldn’t be in any type of customer service position, especially in an area where many people aren’t feeling well.
