Worst Walmart I have ever been too. DONT ORDER ONLINE PICK UP YOULL JUST BE WASTING YOUR TIME!!! Literally placed an order, says ready... okay then why does it take an hour to bring to my car? Another thing when I went inside for customer service.. it was closed. Just absolutely the best service ever... NOT. Wish I couldn't even leave a star for this lazy place

Well that's a new one...i walk in at 4pm and all the lights of customer service are off and they tell me customer service is closed because the manager went to lunch so no one else could do their job even though there were 2 employees standing right there.

The staff have been rude and worthless recently. It’s probably because they are overworked but still. Help people check out instead of looking at your phones. Take the AirPods outs. Literally it’s only self checkout open. People are spending $100 for groceries and still having to bag them. No need to be rude when someone is asking for help. Be proactive and it actually makes the day go faster.

Staff is not friendly every time I go. If you don’t wanna work there, get a different job. Today, customer service was VERY RUDE/UNHELPFUL. They refused to do my return because it was otc medicine, mind you I had the receipt. They said “we can make our own store rules” So I called the 1-800 Walmart # and they gave me a full refund with no issues and apologized for their behalf. Lol I’m never shopping here again.

Will never go back, staff so unhelpful and unfriendly. The team lead was so rude! Customer service is a joke. Bought a TV got it home, screen was shattered, took it back another 20 min drive. Said we wanted to open this box and look at it before we left and the team lead turned the lights off in the customer service area so we could not see. It was a joke! Will absolutely never go back! Not one lane open for checkout other than scan and go and no one could help with electronics. Had to go to service desk and she was just as rude! Awful service

The best location to shop, staff friendly, store nicely supplied and stocked and there are always top notch items on sake here! Mt Pleasant Walmart on 17 is where you want to go. Awesome experience every single time

This Walmart has gone downhill. The employees are not very friendly and the customer service area is a train wreck. Don’t bother doing online pickup because the order will never be ready on time or nothing will be in stock. Customers ALWAYS park in the pick up spots and then go into the store, which is no fault to the store, but it’s very frustrating.

If you need to pay higher salaries to attract enough employees (I’m thinking of grocery pickup, where you can be waiting 2 hours), then do it. Or don’t offer the service at all. Maybe increase the cost of the service until you can meet your payroll needs?Or…. fix the order system so drivers are not called until the order has been bagged and is on a cart. The pay for delivery is good. So drivers are available on command. Meaning , if you call, one will be there in 2 minutes. This is not a difficult fix. Don’t you have a VP of Tech? A CIO? Fire them.Something has to change.

Whatever these employees are making is way too much. Had to have them called 5 times and still Waited over 30 minutes for someone to help us. Not one person on a register and the line was at least 20 people long and the girl running the us can was super rude. I counted at least 20 employees doing nothing but walking around in their phones completely oblivious to anything going on. I will find somewhere else to shop because I’ll be darned if I give them any more business. That was absolutely ridiculous. There was only 2 employees out of all the ones I saw that actually did their job and I was thankful for them helping

If you need to buy anything that requires any associate help to get to (i.e. anything locked up), GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The customer service here is absolutely terrible. Not only are they extremely unfriendly, but we had to ask six times and wait for over half an hour before someone came to unlock the case for a freaking breast pump, and when the lady did finally show up, she didn't even have her key with her. Expect to plan your day around standing around waiting if you choose to come here.

This was our go to spot for odd ball needs while vacationing in Charleston. Parking lot was always crazy, like most Walmarts, just be cautious. We did find our pharmacy and toiletry needs and also snagged a big cooler for a great price. Self checkout- so no comment on customer service- not that Walmart is known for their service. Just a basic needs stop.

We had the dubious pleasure of venturing into our local Walmart jungle a mere 24 hours before a cacophony of pint-sized, candy-hungry, Halloween ghouls would descend upon us. A visit that, under normal circumstances, wouldn't cross our minds. Why, you ask? Well, post-Covid has painted a rather vivid picture of the Walmart experience: First off, the parking lot ordeal--a test of patience and maneuvering skills, avoiding abandoned carts and dodging monstrous trucks that seem to believe turn signals are an optional accessory when backing into spots. Once inside, the quest for items promoted online becomes a scavenger hunt. Customer service appears to be fluent in cluelessness, and more often than not, the sought-after product is as elusive as a mirage in the desert. Navigating the aisles resembles a game of shopping cart slalom, squeezing past carts laden with a cornucopia of processed delights pushed by corpulent families who seem to have cornered the market on frozen pizzas, cholesterol promoting snacks and Energy drinks. And let's not forget the seemingly endless self-serve kiosks, a modern odyssey that often culminates in a cruel twist--no change if you're among the minority still using cash. In the midst of this head-shaking retail odyssey, a beacon of hope appeared in the form of overpriced Hershey singles strategically positioned near the self-checkout. But the cruel revelation? THIS PARTICULAR WALMART, WAS BEREFT OF SHOPPING BAGS! None. Nada. Zilch. How in the world does this retail behemoth stay in business?

I'll be honest... I grew up going to this Walmart. Back when it was the hotspot and had Applebee's located next to it. However, trying to do curbside there these days is a joke. People park in the spots for curbside and nothing is done about that. Lots of tourists and rudeness of customers in the store. Still the same place it was 20 years ago, but with a lot more going on. Four stars for the location and people keeping this place alive!

Run. Seriously.Waited 50 minutes for someone to just open the jewelry case (had to get earrings or else my toddlers ears would close overnight). Customer service lady talking about eating fries. Self check out lady was nice but was complaining about her job to me while I waited (she wasn’t allowed on break). Lady at another checkout was FaceTiming her boyfriend.. loudly. The manager finally came out after 50 some minutes looking disheveled (Tiffany) and refused to admit that it was insanity to not respond to the FOUR loud speaker pages made for jewelry knowing damn well she was the only one with keys to it. She instead just told me she was unloading the truck in the back like that was my fault. Never going here again even if my life depended on it.

walmart puts customers to work by making them self checkout. there are no cashiers here. old people have to leave their carts because they can’t manage checkout. awful greedy waltons will never stop stealing wages
