Self check out, asked are you sure you can pay with cash. Employee said yes 218 dollars later only can use card. Manager Morris called over and deleted the order. Oh well, you can rescan it. To busy talking with his friend. Walked away.

I tried to buy things twice in the past week but found the items to be locked up. I waited and searched for an employee to open it both times and couldn’t find anyone! One of the items was film for my Polaroid camera in the electronics section, I thought for sure they’d have someone staffed there. It’s a poor move on Walmarts part if they’re going to lock things up just so they don’t have to pay employees to watch the stuff instead.

I am from TN, and am here in SC due to a stressful medical issue with my mother. While I was trying to print important legal documents for my mother I ran out of printer ink. I wasn't able to get to the store until less than an hour before closing at 11pm. No one was in the Electronics department, so I searched for an employee to assist me. I found Keesha in the shoe department. She made a store page for someone to assist me. 10 minutes later she came back to check on me. No one had come. She tried to find someone with a key to the ink case; she wasn't able to. I thanked her and proceeded to checkout with other items. I was resigned to the fact that the documents would just have to wait. About 2 minutes later, I heard Keesha calling out to me. She had found keys, and I able to make my purchase that I desperately needed.Keesha was a true blessing! She went "the extra mile" without being asked to and was friendly the whole time. She is a genuine helper of people. Walmart is extremely fortunate to have her as an employee!

Don’t get an oil change here. Had an appointment at 11 & the car hadn’t even gone into a bay until after 12ZERO communication about the delay. No discount & no apology for the massive inconvenience this caused me.Overall an oil change took over 2 hours.

Not sure about the store but the parking lot design is by far the most confusing parking lot I've ever been in.

Sadly, there are very few positive things I can say about this location. This store couldn't be further from disability friendly! Don't let the handicap parking fool you. If you park by the pharmacy side of the building, be ready. In the evenings, they block off the exit, and you have no other choice but to navigate the length of the store outside to get to your vehicle. Additionally, self check out is your only option, so be ready to scan and bag. And when I say bag, I mean it loosely. Often, there are minimal, if any, bags for use. I had to ask the gentleman stocking produce for a box or carry each item separately to and from my car. The employees are no better. I have come across four employees at best who seemed to care about customer service or their jobs in general. Of those four, three of them were young teenagers and working part-time or holiday hours. Yes, you can find items at discounted prices, but at what cost.

The palce clean. Stuff is not enough to help specific in garden area. some stuff walk around but can not help. Elder work slower but very good! When i shopping there, what can i do i will do, if i can not do it i pass away and shopping with little advanture (could be come back return) i don’t ask help cause i don’t wanr waste time ( 45-1h) come back with answe s is i don’t know hahahaha. I suggesty walmart increase salary for stuff, and trainning stuff for power full, 1 stuff = 5 stuff better 10=1 .

This walmart never has real cashiers anymore. I understand they are trying to push for self checkout, but there is only cashier there if there even is one. Ridicilous stuff.

Employees only want to talk amongst themselves and not help any of the customers out. None of the self checkout lanes work, there have been 3 working for almost two weeks straight now and so the lines are extremely long and it takes forever to check out. Then if you need help it takes forever for an employee to come and help because they are all too busy standing around and talking. The online shoppers are the rudest people there! They literally take up the whole isle, see that people are trying to shop that isle and still won't get out of the way or even make an attempt to move over any. There is also a female manager that is extremely rude and should not be working there at all or even close to the title job she has.
