From the first day I walked in, Shannon was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable about creating a custom piece, providing several options to fit my preferences and budget, and kept me updated throughout it all. Once the piece finally arrived (early than anticipated!!), tears were brought to my eyes at how perfect the ideal ring I envisioned looked in reality. My fiance also got his wedding band from Skatell's and was such a seamless process!
