Had a scheduled appointment to take care of some family business and was greeted promptly and brought to a desk and after that it went down hill. Couldn't really tell why the person sitting across the desk was non engaging and rude. Was it because of the time day? Maybe i was the last appointment? And on top of they made feel like a criminal, it was weird. Let me say I am not a Wells Fargo customer but was tending to a relatives business who is. The irony is the first question they asked was, "are you a customer". I think they were offended..So, not only am i not,but will never be. And once i get the accounts straightened out i will be moving to another bank. Cmon corporate, train, train,train and then train some more. Soooooo disappointed
