Best service of all the Wells Fargo’s in the area. Every time I come in with or without an appointment they take the time to handle my business account issues. Andrew and Jessica go the extra mile for us.

This is by far the worst branch I have been to. They are consistently understaffed. As, I write this review there is only one teller in the building. They cannot do much in this location outside of deposits and small withdrawals. Their stock answer is consistently “try the branch by Walmart in Wando Crossing.” Disappointing is an understatement. If you can, travel to another location.

This branch has 4 windows inside, at least 2 drive thru windows. Why is only 1 teller working? Long term customers like me will walk out every time, just as I did earlier today.It is really sad when a banking institution as large as Wells Fargo, cant staff a branch that is located in a town that's growing as fast as Mt. Pleasant SC !I have been a customer for 20-25 years, not happy with what I witnessed today.

I'm giving this company one star. Why? Because. All the money they make from the consumer. They make the consumer pay the title fee. When I asked why. They gave me some lame excuse that it is a requirement in the state of South Carolina that I pay for the title. Which is a lie. I asked the DMV if it was true. It is not its a Wells Fargo policy. They are so cheap that they did not want to pay the $15 for the title. F you Wells Fargo. You are the scammer you are cut out to be.

Very disappointed in the Wells Fargo company! This branch is always closed. And they opened the office so a customer could go in the bank. Teachers go to work, Walmart employees go to work, Grocery store employees go to work. Why is a bank different?

This review is really for the general customer service center. I called to see if the overdraft funds could be refunded as this occurred because of an error where my mortgage was drafted twice..... the young lady was extremely rude to me and just transferred me over to her supervisor. Luckily the supervisor was able to help me and apologized for the young lady's attitude.... Tameka needs to hone in on some better social skills!!

All of the workers were so sweet and helpful even though I had no idea what I was doing. I would recommend this bank to anyone who values amazing costumer service.

Horrible customer service at this branch. I can not speak about any other branch but this location is terrible. I would not recommend using them for any type of account but especially a business account!

All of you bad review writing people are stuck up! "She responded rudely as I entered the room." HaHa, please stop and listen to your self, how many times have you sounded rude? For all you know, that is the way she talks. I love Wells Fargo. Banked with them for 8 years now.
