Went to get a publix sub today with a friend. When we walked up to the counter, the worker named Akis was very rude. She rushed to make our subs and would complain when we asked for our subs heated up. My half sub wasn't even a half, was about the size of a kids sub. Had to pay $6 for about 3 bites. just overall very rude service. i understand if she was having a bad day but don't take it out on us.

Thank you Publix for being one of the first grocery stores to spend the money to help protect your customers from COVID 19. You are our new favorite grocery store and this not remain even after things get better. Wished you competition would have followed yippie lead! Thank you!

I normally love coming to this store. The staff is friendly, great selection of goods, and a welcoming atmosphere. But what happened the other day has left me in total disgust, and I don't think I could bear the thought of buying any produce from this store ever again! Two days ago, I purchased a tub of strawberries, and today I go to enjoy some with my family. When I opened the tub, I was shocked to see that all of the fruit was squishy and disgusting. Will not be shopping here ever again!!

I used this Publix for a catering 50th birthday event, and I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and nice to work with. They were patient in helping me decide on and making changes to the order. Delivered exactly one time. The food tasted great! Will definitely use again!!

It's hard not to have a good shopping experience at this location with its well lit interior, wide aisles and well stocked shelves. As a plus, the parking lot is large and finding a spot is easy. I love the weekly specials ... seems like my favorite brands are on continuous rotation ... and BOGO offers here mean that I can buy just one for half price if I just don't need two. The employees are pleasant, helpful and accessible. My only disappointment is that they've converted the prepared foods section from 'per pound' to pre-packed. This is a lose-lose for a two person household with a 'lazy cook' who generally just doesn't need the quantities as packaged. Oh well!

Public's Mt pleasant On Ben sawyer Blvd thank you and especially to a employee by the name of Tina , she was efficient and went above and beyond our expectations. We had a family gathering on Saturday May 11. My brother in law( jay bird) placed a catering order and she made it so easy. When we arrived the food was delivered and it all looked beautifully presented and it tasted wonderful. Public's you truly are fortunate to have Tina as team Member. We will be going back for all our catering orders.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful but this Publix is always out of produce. I've tried 5-6 times to do my grocery shopping here as its on my way home from work and they are always out of organic chicken forcing me to make another stop. I tried to come in for crab meat and chicken and left empty handed once again. A lot of their employees take smoke breaks near the entrance and I have to hold my breath walking into the store.
