They don't have the courtesy to even let you know that they are coming to get your car, didn't have time to get my wife wallet out of car. They show up at 01:30 a.m. to do this. To me this is ridiculous only my opinion.

I just moved to Mullins from ATL and I saw these banks here and was looking forward to banking with them (we don't have them in ga) so I gave it 3 stars bc I liked the bank Just not the reviews! After reading these reviews (which I normally don't do) I'm gonna pass on this bank. Seems like responses to these reviews are computerized so nothing will change. A lot of unhappy ppl feel disrespected. These were the worst reviews I have ever read. That being said., I hope they do get their stuff together and start making their customers happy by showing some respect and common courtesy. I'm looking forward to seeing some much better reviews soon so that I may bank here. GOOD LUCK FOLKS!

Not a customer but had business dealings with one of their clients so they had to pay me back . I requested them to cal me or to let me call them so I could give the bank my wire information directly. Their client just kept saying the bank could not take the banking information directly from me but only their customer their client got smart made a comment rude to me and the tellers busted out laughing. I later called to speak to their customers contact at the Marion bank and she was very rude and said the same thing and very defensive. I would never use this bank for anything very unprofessional. Why you would only take wire information from the customer for someone else’s account is just ridiculous.

I'm in another state trying to transfer balances to avoid overdraft and it won't let me!! They keep charging me!! The app doesn't work. Ugh

If I had read the reviews first I probably would have avoided this bank and not applied for a checking account on line. That was on the 3rd of November and it is now the 11th and I still don't have access to the account. Chat message with them on Wednesday I was told it would be available that afternoon. It's now Friday and they are closed today for holiday and still don't have access to it. I have called, sent emails that they haven't responded to any of them. I am going there Monday morning and getting my money that was transferred there, close the account and go to a different bank and open an account. This is ridiculous. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

Absolutely terrible bank I was charged extra 6 thousand dollars in fees that were added on my loan without my knowledge and when I asked why my loans not for what I sign for when I bought the truck they said it was added to the loan and I can't take it off my loan even if I re finance so now I have to pay it in a nut shell I sign to pay 28 plus interest now my stuck paying 34 plus interest I will never use this bank again side note I got a loan threw wells Fargo the next day and I didn't get the ridiculous loan fees added on my loan is what I sign for originally y'all should look into that

I had 2 loans with this bank and had to call numerous times over the years to correct duplicate draft, customer service issues etc. over the years. I could deal with that at the time and over the last year and half, it has gotten even worse. I was drafted for a payment on an account that had been paid off for several months. Trying to call in to get corrected, I was on hold for customer service for over an hour, was told I would get a call back that day. Of course no call, so I called back in the next day, 40 minutes on hold to be told the same thing!!! I called back the same afternoon after another 42 minute hold and was told they would refund me but would have to hold until the payment that I did not owe cleared the bank......What??? Your company makes a mistake, correct it! I ask for a letter showing both loans were paid off several months before the in correct draft incident and it took over a week to be able to go into the local branch and pick the letter up and when I went, they had no information on the letter other than Both loans are paid in full.....Which loans? The amount? Account number?, then I ask for the information to be put on the letter and they could not get the printer to work, so it had to be hand written.Long story short, the customer service is non existent!

I mainly use the Aynor branch and they are excellent. Other locations are very helpful too. Finally, I just got off the phone with customer support and they do a great job also. This bank is customer-service driven and I am very glad that I bank with Anderson Brothers Bank.

Customer service is awful. To talk bad about my accent saying I'm doing it on purpose should not be said at all. Acting unprofessional the entire time. Then call back for what reason I don't know.

I've had several loans with ABB and have 2 bank accounts they always give good customer service!!!!! Easy to work with. You just get that hometown feel with them. Love love ABB!!!!!

Customer Service was decent. They approved me at a time when I really needed a new car and my credit score was lower than it should have been. Anderson Brothers came through for me and I thank them very much!!!

A great place to bank... I have had loans with them for over three years now and Mrs mitzy at the Dillon office has made sure that she could help me anyway and any future loans I will have, i will only deal with her. She has made my experience with ABB awesome

No stars. This is the most mean spirited bank ever. Had a situation and offered a solution that would work but they would rather be cruel with no compassion. They we treat you like family motto is truly a huge joke. Avoid at all costs doing business with these uncaring money grubbing bankers.
