The customer service there is awful and rude. And they are so slow to fill prescriptions and always have an excuse . I just left there after being told it wouldn't be ready for 2 hours because they had to go lunch in an hour . Wow great excuse . The woman at the window has no people skills at all.

Have to give one star or it wouldn't post. This is the worst CVS that I've ever been too.Actually it's one of the poorest operated businesses. They do not care if u have meds.Actually they don't want to be bothered. It's not one person . I have gone there by necessity time to time for 30 years it's been like that unless you happened to catch David Stone or Van McMillan there ,and they been gone 10 years at least.Small town now only has one big pharmacy and they are it.Eventually they gonna get in some big shit and Cost the company and it's shareholders dearly.

At 66 yrs of age I have to say in all my years I have NEVER been to a worse pharmacy. I recently transferred here from Pa, and I did expect slower customer service but this place is unbelievable! They messed up our prescriptions giving me my companions meds, that was after having to drive a half hour for the first pick up. Today after I received notice that both of our prescriptions were available only mine were there. Tonight I called to get my companions meds refilled and was placed on hold for 15 minutes without ever speaking to s human! What kind of customer service is this? None at all! Looks like I will be transferring us yet again!!!

I normally wouldnt even consider leaving a review for a cvs or any store like it but after several amazingly poor visits I feel compelled to do. First let me begin by stating that I am not one of those people that always has something to complain about, on the contrary, I much prefer leaving glowing reviews about businesses that go above and beyond for their customers. So... Where do I begin..? Well let me start with the pharmacy, because honestly, this is where I have the biggest problem. It seems that no matter what time of day or what day of the week there is a long line of aggrivated people waiting. The funny part is, unlike the rest of the store, their pharmacy is definitely not understaffed, if anything its over staffed. But for some reason instead of having techs help customers, especially during busy times, they are piddle paddling around doing busy work or chiy chatting. There is NEVER more than 2 people helping customers when there should at times be 3-4. Also they are unorganized and constantly make mistakes. After 3 horrible visits I am taking my business elsewhere and I urge anyone who doesnt think they should have to wait more than 15 minutes to get their meds that are ready to do so as well. Besides that my only other issue is that the rest if the store is understaffed and on more than half my visits there wasnt even a cashier at the main front register and I had to walk half way back down the store to the cosmetics register to be rung out. Granted their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the fact is, it shouldnt take a half hour in cvs what only takes me 5 minutes in any other store. The only thing this CVS might really be good for is supplying you with the migraine meds you will most likely need after your visit... Like I said, Im actually an easy going nice guy who generally doesnt say anything if there isnt anything nice to say, but this is one of those rare instances where I had to say something, more so to warn anyone considering going here. FYI, there's a walgreens right across the street, save yourself the time and energy and just go there, lol.
