The customer service there is awful and rude. And they are so slow to fill prescriptions and always have an excuse . I just left there after being told it wouldn't be ready for 2 hours because they had to go lunch in an hour . Wow great excuse . The woman at the window has no people skills at all.

Not sure why it's taken them almost 5 hours to fill two small scripts but this is insanity. I called them 2 hours after the scripts were sent and I got told they were going on lunch but they'd be doing them as soon as they got back so they'd be ready by 2:30. Still hadn't heard anything around 3:45 so I called again and got told they were doing them right now....here we are almost 5:00 and still nothing. Chain pharmacies, such as CVS, are supposed to have those scripts filled within 15 minutes of getting them so not sure what the issue is....

Have to give one star or it wouldn't post.This is the worst CVS that I've ever been too.Actually it's one of the poorest operated businesses.They do not care if u have meds.Actually they don't want to be bothered.It's not one person . I have gone there by necessity time to time for 30 years it's been like that unless you happened to catch David Stone or Van McMillan there ,and they been gone 10 years at least.Small town now only has one big pharmacy and they are it.Eventually they gonna get in some big s*** and Cost the company and it's shareholders dearly.

Very slow pharmacy drive-thru. Plan to wait at minimum 30 minutes up to an hour in the drive thru at this cvs.

Can’t ever get anyone in the pharmacy to answer the phone. I have waited up to 30 minutes and longer to speak with the pharmacy. This is absolutely ridiculous this store needs to be closed up. This cvs should have been closed down instead of Walgreens in Mullins.. ITS A Disgrace..

Was getting prescriptions delivered from this location for over 6 months when suddenly they called me and said they wouldn’t be able to deliver them this time because the address they had on file for me wasn’t the one I’d gotten deliveries to this whole time, but an address I lived at when I was 16 years old?!?!? Asked if they could change it, they said they couldn’t. Changed it on the website and they said it didn’t fix it and to call back tomorrow. Every time you call you will have to wait an hour for them to pick up and sometimes they pick up and immediately hang the phone up. Now I have been out of my prescription medication for over a month.

Don’t even bother- the pharmacy has a group of uneducated/ unprofessional individuals. Your better off driving a few more miles and going to Walmart’s pharmacy.

The item I was looking for they did not carry the exact one but had one similar in the CVS brand. A little more pricey but it got the job done.

If I could give a negative start I would. I shouldn't have to wait 45 mins on the phone for someone to answer in the pharmacy department. While i was waiting for answer I drove up there to see how busy they were and they were not busy in the pharmacy. They were able to chit chat with each other but not answer the bleeping phone!

45 minutes on hold and never spoke to anyone. Some additional help in the store is needed.
