Rich history and stunning architecture. This lesser known spot near Myrtle Beach is a great place to spend the day outside and check out the castle.

Easy walk exploring the castle. Very safe and inexpensive ($2/person). The kids weren't excited to go, but then had a blast exploring the castle. It was quite empty - we did not see anyone else there (other than the welcome desk and a maintenance worker). Go and have a good time. Enjoy a walk on the beach afterwards.
