I have never been into a bank to pay a negative account. I spoke with teller Gayle to fix this issue and when she asked me how I was paying, I said card. Apparently you are supposed to bring cash because she was so rude to me, since I didn't have cash. I offered to get cash from my other bank and she said she will do it this way. I was one of two customers in the bank (not busy). One customer pulled up to the drive thru. They rang for her while she was helping me and she got frustrated. She said to to me in a aggresive way, "That's why you...," then she pinches her lips together and holds her words, avoiding eye contact with me till the moment I left. I was friendly the entire time. Even after she tried to scold me. I can't express the anger I feel. I have never met someone so negative in my life. Very rude and unexceptional to treat a customer this way. I am done with Bank of America.
