Worst customer service unless you are standing in front of them. Won't return phone calls. They called the day prior and stated your car will be ready the next day after 1 pm. Then I drove in at 9 am for 6 hours to get my car and they say sorry it's not ready. You couldn't have called, emailed or text this info prior?
What is that?
They Definitely don't care about your time or alleviating the stress of this experience. This accident wasn't even my fault. No I personally would not use them again.
They add unnecessary stress because they don't understand the concept of common curtousy.

This Caliber Collision location is a really good place for body work. They did repairs to my car after a fender bender. Back cameras worked great after repair and paint match was perfect on an older vehicle. Very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Highly recommend.

Don’t call yourself a body shop if you can’t work on “aftermarket” cars. Now I have to return my rental and find a new place to repair my car because apparently y’all are too scared to work on it. If you aren’t trained to work on every type of car, then you shouldn’t be a car collision repair place. Just my opinion. It’s a huge inconvenience and I have a life to live. Now I have to waste time with this insurance company finding a new place.

Just recently had repair work done on my sister’s Jeep Wrangler. Very pleased with Caliber Collision in Murrels Inlet. The Jeep was repaired in a timely manner, detailed very nicely and the service was awesome from the beginning to the end! Thanks for taking such great care of the Jeep! I highly recommend anyone looking for great service look no further. This garage is A+ the best!!!!

I was pretty stressed out about needing to find a place to fix my car, dealing with the insurance, etc. Justin was amazingly helpful and quick, and I couldn't be happier with the service. If I need this type of service again, I'd defined come back here. The waiting room/lobby was clean and also had a little area for kids to play

While getting my car fixed was easy and they did a great job, the woman at the front desk is sharp and not a people-person. I informed her because i was not at fault for my accident i would not have to pay my deductible per my insurance USAA. She had me pay it anyways and in a demeaning way said “insurance should’ve told us that then.” Come to find out from my adjuster that they would’ve known I didn’t have to pay my deductible had they had finished their paperwork correctly. I would get my car fixed there again but not if i have to deal with her ?
