They raised prices twice within one year. The service and people they have working has not been the same since they merged. When I called to cancel bc of last price increase, I was held to having to still pay because I was within 30 day of service.

Jean came out and did some pest control inside and outside and was very informative! I’d say so far it’s pretty great using this team!

Company has misbilled and cannot get a representative to answer the phone, return calls, or answer emails about the misbill. Dialing the number and option 2 for new customers, you can get a person; but that person cannot help. We have used this company for 2.5 years w/ no issue until now. Unable to reach a representative for help w/ billing issue is enough for me to not recommend this company.
