I did a multi-week cart rental with Coastal Carts. It was a smooth process. Everything went well. Kevin was professional and great to work with. They even included an extension cord for charging. I will definitely return to them for my next year's rental.

Beware that the full price of the cart will be charged at reservation even though this was not communicated during my initial phone conversation. The golf cart alignment was terrible and felt unsafe at times and my email requesting it be changed was never returned. In fact, none of my emails were returned after they processed my payment. Pros: Cart was at the rental house when we arrived for vacation.

After dealing with the shadiest golf cart repair people on earth I was refreshed to find Coastal carts. They are very professional and very thorough. They got my cart up and running for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!
