I called 6 times left messages spoke to the owner and his wife never received a price for a new motor,controls and a hydraulic steering. No return phone calls nothing! Very poorly run buisness.

Wow interesting business model I just bought a used Avalon boat that wasn't originally bought from them, and needed a few parts , and i guess they were insulated and told me they only work and service boats they sold, so anyone looking for a place that might want your business dint go here ! ....After reading your response what you are doing is great for those who did buy from your company but a big disservice to the bands you are a dealer for. If I bought a chevy from anywhere in the country and took it to a local dealer and was told what you were saying... sir I dont think you would be a chevy dealer for very long. And would you expect that from whatever vehicle you drive?

Bought an 19 ft.Avalon Pontoon there 5 years ago. The Sunbrella products are totally rotten and torn. Suzuki motor is shot. They don't stand behind their products. I am in the market for an New bowrunner. I am glad to get rid of their product and Shop at an reputable dealer this time. Bought several upgrades to the pontoon, they never offered me the 10% off that they promised at the time of sale
Also sold me an radio that did not fit in the space available. Had an gapping hole. His wife didn't want me to rent their. Ordered me out of their lot by raising my rental fee double , what was promised, at time of sale. Don't fall for their promises, 10% discounts, or their warranties. None hold up to be true. Owner will ignore your calls for help, when sale is complete. Worst experience and very expensive mistake at this business!*

Top Notch customer service ! Purchased a Avalon boat at the end of 2022. A year and a half later they are still helping me with maintenance, service, and repairs all the way down in Marathon, Fl. Can not say enough good things about this company. Thank you Doyce and Kim, you guys are Rockstars !

Phenomenon experience from start to finish. Met Larry, the owner at the Myrtle Beach boat show.. spoke to him about a Godfrey tri toon. He referred me to David who was awesome from the moment we met, until the deal was done. Sold me the boat for a great price, was very friendly and professional, thorough, accommodating, and just an all around good dude. This company is awesome. They’re even delivering the boat states away for me and throwing in all the safety equipment, few extras, etc. Thanks Larry, David, and the rest of coastal marine. Danny, Kim and Doyce went above and beyond for our family. Customizing our pontoon, bringing it to get wrapped etc . Buying a boat can be overwhelming and they made the experience amazing. We highly recommend them for all your boating needs.

My experience working with Coastline RV & Marine has been wonderful! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with ensuring I will be happy with my purchase. Coastline even provided a 3 hour in water demonstration to teach me all about my new purchase and the regulations of boating safety!

Bought a starcraft boat from them with a fishing package, but never got the trolling motor that was supposed to come with it. Also had some warranty issues that have still not been taken care of. All I got from them is attitude and a lecture on "how great their customer service is." After talking to some other boat companies and service techs I found that most people who have interacted with them have had the same experience as me. Next time I'll definitely buy from a different boat dealership. These guys are more concerned about being a biker bar than taking care of their boat customers.
