This store has the worse system I have delt with. I was on hold for 20 min, then the guy said he couldn't hear me and I should call back. I will go to Publix Pharmacy in the future.

Spent 10 minutes on hold waited for pharmacy to pick up. Hung up, redialed and waited another 6 minutes before someone picked up. You need more help or pretty soon people will be saying "no one goes there anymore - they're too busy".

When it comes to answering their telephone they by far provide the worst customer experience I've ever had. Called four times and no one answers the telephone two days in a row. The telephone rings for 3 minutes and then automatically disconnects each time I called them. This is the second day this has happened.

Extremely rude staff, particularly "Laura" in the pharmacy. Some compassion and a heavy dose of customer service training is in order. If you have the same experience, walk out and go to the nearest Walgreens or Wal-Mart. This CVS staff have no respect for customers. Talk with your wallet. Transfer your Rx to another location. Buy your health products elsewhere. Awful.
