I went to pick up a prescription that my doctor called in. I went to the drive through, after waiting in line I was told by the person at the window that I needed to come inside because they didn’t have the insurance information. Went inside waited on the line was told I need to go to drop off. I went to drop off and the person who greeted me a woman with blonde hair and glasses, I gave her my insurance card and was told my insurance was cancelled. I had just come from my doctors office using the same insurance card with no problems and I paid a co-payment. I told this woman that. Apparently the blonde woman along with the rest of the pharmacy department thought it was funny when I said I used the card and had no problems. I’m glad this staff got a good laugh at the situation. I told the woman that I would pay the price and she told me I would have to wait in another line again. I told that woman that I don’t want the prescription and every time I come in this cvs pharmacy department the lines are long, and they send you to different windows and there is always a problem. . Needless to say they all got a good laugh at my expense. There were atleast 6 people filling prescriptions and one cashier handling a line of 5-10 people. I went to the front of the store and asked for a manger who of course was on vacation. I will never go back to this CVS and I’m glad you thought that my situation was something to laugh about. I called my insurance company Blue Cross gave them the same number on the same card that I gave this woman and my insurance company called cvs who stated that I gave them a different number which I did not I gave them the same insurance card I used earlier that day. They told the woman that they will not fill my prescription or have any dealings with me. No wonder why you have bad ratings your extremely unprofessional. I put a complaint in with CVS corporate! Thanks for the great customer service,😡

There is no reason to be closed for lunch. Total bull. There is a lot of workers there , if they can't handle or be trusted in their job something is wrong. Take lunch in shifts, that's not too hard to figure it out.

They can't figure how to use their own coupons. At 3:30 on 7 April 2025, the guy working the register was obviously not trained. Instead of just saying he's not sure how to do something, he insisted it couldn't be done.. Even when I told him how to do it. Very incomptent!

I can’t believe all the negative reviews for this CVS location. Taylor and Grace are fabulous. They are always there to help us, and answer all our questions. They are both very polite, friendly and best of all, have a sense of humor! I’ve never had any problems at the pharmacy. When I call and they say to leave a voicemail I do, and they call back very quickly. I won’t be switching to any other pharmacy anytime soon. Keep up the good work guys!

This is the only place that my Nations Benefits/Molina Healthcare OTC card was actually eligible for all my products. Other retailers in my area are slow to update their systems to include all OTC benefits. CVS pricing is not very competitve with surrounding retailers. That could use a look see buy Management.

For a very busy CVS I always have a good experience. Store is stocked with holiday items, as well as regular merchandise. Employees are pleasant and knowledgeable. Always happy when Grace is working.

Impossible to speak with someone when you call. Makes you leave a voicemail when you try to get a prescription transferred. Whose grand idea was this?

Customer service is imperative when dealing with the public. Every time I call in a RX and have an issue I receive such bad customer service.

Unbelievably stupid idiots in this pharmacy. I TOLD them I didn't need the nasal spray because I had 4 bottles at home. I did, however, need the remaining 3 prescriptions. What did the stupid idiots do? Gave me SIX more bottles of nasal spray and omitted the companion drug to the amoxicilin which prevents the yeast infection caused by the amoxiciin - so now I can't take the amoxicilin for my sinus infection until I get it.!!! EVERY DAMN CVS has a lower rating than the other one and I'm bound by our insurance coverage to use CVS! That's going to change!!!
