Looks like the issue is being resolved. Thank you to whom ever fixed the problem. I greatly appreciate it. I do want to add that the pharmacy staff are always kind and helpful! I just don’t like being treated like I don’t matter. The pharmacy seems to have too much power. Just looking to pick up my medicine 1 day early and they denied me. Like I’m a drug seeker or something. I will switch to Kroger and never go back there.

I observed as Stephanie who works at this CVS abused a customer who just wanted to get a passport. She is the rudest, loudest employee and she gets away with treating customers terribly. She should have been fired a long time ago. But still remains. The store has other issues like the fact that pricing is misleading much of the time. There is the self checkout also. Be sure to say NO to the question of whether you want a special offer. It's also misleading and you will be bombarded with texts if you say YES and they will try to bill you for it. The only reason for the 2 stars over 1 is the convenience to my house, and the fact it is fairly well organized and aisles labeled.

If I could give a 1/4 of a star I would!! The NP on duty that evening was Stacie Bartman at this location. She had terrible bedside behavior towards myself from the very beginning prior to entering the examination room. Which set the tone for our entire evening unfortunately. She then scolded me for not sitting directly in the “waiting area” although I was the only who checked in on the kiosk. I was with my two small children, all under the ages of 4. Getting two small children to sit in a certain area is hard. Directly across the waiting area, vitamin display was is where my children and myself were looking at products. “Well how am to know you’re here if you’re not in the my area.” I simply apologized for not being in the correct area, hoping we can move forward. Once in the exam room she continued to have an Inappropriate tone stating “I did not have the correct paperwork needed”, as if I was incompetent. Again apologizing for what would have been a simple correction for the forms needed were standard DHEC form. While my two children sat in the patient’s chair, while I sat next to her and the computer. To my disbelief she reprimanded them directly!!! Over something silly like the plastic clear strap that holds the paper protectant down. As a mother and the adult in the room she had no right nor should not have addressed my three and four-year-old without addressing the parental for CONSENT first. I was very displeased and discouraged with the overall bedside manner that she exhibited in the examination room. It took every bit of me not to say something in the confined space that we already were in. I then proceeded to look her in her eyeballs and asked her if she was a mother or not. She quickly and without hesitation replied she was, with a smug look upon her face. Come to find out upon returning. She indeed lied to me confirmed by A colleague that she was in fact, not a mother at all. Again ahe had no right to talk to my small children like that. I proceeded to tell management at the front for her Inappropriate bedside she displayed. They continued to apologize and then ask me if the appointment was for my children, which I stated it was for myself. A simple TB reading which was done not on the correct form and had to return to your establishment full of anxiety thinking I’d come across her again. My children accompany me due to the fact, I am a single mother and they are always with me. No one should old or young should feel the way I did leaving the CVS that evening.

I am a tourist and this is by far the best CVS I have ever been to. The pharmacy was SO FAST. Only a 10 minute wait. It was the 4th of July and everyone was so nice and helpful!

This is a well run store. Helpful and friendly staff. It is clean, well lit and well stocked. The pharmacy is efficient and pleasant. Superior to other CVS store and Walgreens in the area.

Had to pop into the Minute Clinic while on vacation today. Made an appt online the night before. Great experience with nurse Stacey who was very patient & kind to my child. Didn't feel rushed at all & appt was very thorough. Also, got a great local breakfast recommendation from Stacey. Thanks for a positive experience!!

The help to pick up the photos was outstanding. Service was immediate, accurate and pleasant. \"Stephanie\" should teach at \"CVS\" university to share her skills with other associates and duplicate her efforts. Her skills should be rewarded by increasing her pay.

Was at CBS at 3710 highway bypass South Carolina murders England Stephanie the manager I went to use the cursor instead of going to cast register cause? There's nobody at the cast register and I had a hard time trying to get my coupons to go in. I wasn't doing it right but wasn't aware of it. So I ask for help she come over all hostile. And said something what you didn't do this and then she just walked away and she didn't stand there the try and help me at all and then. She told me if I didn't like it I can leave and I told her to get a resume in order. I will be calling corporate headquarters on her and I'm pretty sure she'll be looking to see if I left the comment but something's gonna be done. With her. Because I know she's not happy there I talked to a friend of mine talk to her and she she told him that she wasn't happy there and he worked for Pepsi cola and she asked him if he can get a job at Pepsi so she's been trying to get out of there and then. She tells me you know what time I was here. The morning that's none of my concerns which time you got to get there. She was very hostile. And something's gotta be done.

I want to give a big shout out to Alex in the pharmacy department. She always a smile on her face and is super friendly. She is a ray of sunshine, even on a holiday weekend (Labor Day).

Not a big fan of this cvs but i think the staff is overworked unfortunately
