I’ve frequented this place a lot. I loved it until today. A newer worker (last couple months) with brown hair in a ponytail is rude. She puts things out slowly and gives attitude when you ask about anything in the cart. It took her forever to put out like 7 small items. I will walk out if I see her the next time I walk in.

The haul I got today was unreal! Great store! Wonderful, helpful staff. Clean store and well maintained. This is one of my favorite spots at the beach. I will definitely be back when I return.

I thought the store was clean and well organized. The men’s clothing area was well organized and had a ton of clothes to choose from. The sizing of clothes was well organized with tags. I think the women’s section was the same. There was not a big selection of household items. Overall a good store.

I have been here since this store opened up. My mom and I frequent it ALOT. The employees use to be amazing, they were kind and the manager was great. I went today and was shocked with not only the environment and staff but also the outrageous prices when they receive these items for FREE.The employees are rude, they now shop instead of work. Today, I saw two employees add their own items to a cart to take to the back, and said they would purchase them later. The same lady worked as the cashier, she had glasses and a brown pony tail. I asked why a blazer was $99, she told me it was “name brand”. These items are free profit for these companies. They listed a used broken Christmas tree for $200. It’s insane.The store is cluttered because they can’t sell these items. The items stay for MONTHS. It stinks and looks awful. It’s sad because this store was my favorite. This is not a goodwill boutique. This is a normal regular goodwill. It’s ridiculous that I can buy stuff cheaper at the boutique in pawleys.Management needs to make some major changes in rules and regulations. This store would THRIVE. First step would be get rid of these rude employees who are stealing beneath the company. Then fix your pricing, and greet customers with a smile.I wish this store the best, but I don’t plan on returning anytime soon. I will be contacting their corporate office to notify them of the corruption present at this store.

Loved this place but prices have gotten really high. Some of it is cheaper new, like these plates that had 6.99 each.. Old ugly faded pictures $39. You can go to Ross and get a nice picture or Dollar General for $15-20 and it will be new and not have that funk to it. I donate here regularly every time I clear out bc it’s close to my house, and I thought I’m helping people have jobs but it doesn’t sit well with me the whole thing- I’ll have to find somewhere else or just use the dumpster to donate to. I have found some neat treasures over the years. Cute Christmas dishes from pier 1, a cute candy jar, brass candle sticks. Now they want $7.00 for a Christmas frame that says 2021!

WORST GOODWILL IVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!! Beware!!!!!! They lie about the prices and make up their own when you get to the register. This is false advertising completely. Management is very rude and the store is dirty. I’ve worked and shopped at goodwills for a long time and never had an issue. Very disappointed for having a terrible experience and store like this in such a nice area!!!! Will definitely go to another one on my next trip!! It is worth the trip to go father into Myrtle Beach!!!! Please listen to this review!!! I only write them when I really mean it!!!!

Nice clean goodwill store, only thing I noticed was multiple items didn't have price tags and they won't sell without a price.

The new senior(80ish) lady today was especially rude to a few customers today, was clear she wasn't enjoying interaction with public. The only give back 10% to community, and not a store I would revisit.

I’ve been in store several times a week shopping and making personal donations for a couple years. Today was my first interaction with a truly rude and downright hostile male employee at the donation drive through. I will not feel at ease donating here knowing I may have to come in contact with this hostile man again. Very upsetting.
