“ISI is not your typical gym, it’s better! The ISI team makes you feel like you belong everytime you walk through the door. Harlee, Drew and Adam are excellent trainers, always providing instruction and encouragement during class. The workouts are tough and you definitely will see results. I like that the trainers realize there are different levels of workout experience within the class and provide modified options as well. I highly recommend trying a couple classes…you will be hooked for sure!”

“THIS was by FAR my favorite gym when I lived in Murrells Inlet!!! As a female who loves the gym to ACTUALLY workout, it's one of the best places to go! The staff are SO nice. If you have questions, they are quick to answer (or will get you an answer before you leave). Even the members are quick to help if you ask (regardless of if it's about a machine or for a spot). Ladies, if you don't want to do Squats with an audience, they have a room specifically for women only to workout in. The locker room is so nice and beautifully decorated (with a large mirror for that gym selfie.) Never attended any classes, but heard they were awesome. They also have tanning.....so, for the same price (and sometimes cheaper) than the well known bigger gym behind them.....you get a nice place to workout WITHOUT the pervs who come to gawk at women and make nasty comments. But remember....this is a REAL gym. It's CLEAN, but there ain't nothin' fancy about it. You're there to workout and it's perfect for that! I absolutely love it and if I EVER move back to MI, I'll definitely be back!”
