Kim at the service desk is the best ever.she spent a few moments with me helping do my pick up in the lumber department Sunday to a delivery since 3 guys in the lumber department apparently have no forklift skills and I will be more than happy to teach them . Great job Kim for your help

Third time coming back to store and still not a single team member can pull a Power down and restock the shelf with the cabinet I need. Cabinet team members refused to call the store manager. Went to customer service and they had to call three different people in order to get one that said they would be up in a min. Not sure why you have 56 people working in a store and no one can help. Go to Lowe’s if you can!

There are 3 women (found out one is the daughter of another store manager) that stand around all evening and never help anyone. The one young lady that was very helpful (Kristy) I heard was fired for needing a day off. This store has lost business

Just needed one front door key made . I was sent to the service desk, and the employer there said she will page a operator to the key machine. I waited at the machine for 10 long minutes, and finally a employee asked me what i needed and she took me over to a self service machine to make one myself.
After making one , i walked back to the same person in customer service and told her to forget it because no one ever come to help.

I was short changed on a return by $15.09. Long story short, I had to prove to them that they made a mistake. Finally after making two visit to this store, I received my refund. The store manager Sabre, in my opinion was a little rude in saying that’s all we can do for you is refund your money. You think they would offer a gift card for your troubles and there mistakes.
Definitely poor customer service.
