Mother’s Day flowers dead in 2 days. Left messages twice to see what could be done, but no response yet. My daughter probably paid $$$$$ for poor quality. Can’t really recommend this business ☹️ too bad.

I received Mother’s Day flowers today from Inlet Flowers and because there wasn’t a name listed as sending them I called to see who sent them. No one answered and I still have not received a call back. Photo 1 is how they were when they were delivered. Photo 2 is after I fussed over them. One of the lily was missing 3 petals and the other one had a carnation sticking through a petal.

My daughter ordered flowers from this establishment for me on behalf of my Father. Three shriveled roses, some Eucalyptus and a Dollar General vase. $85.00 for this and local delivery. When I called, the woman said this was normal for Valentine’s Day. I order flowers frequently, just not from this establishment. Just don’t unless you’re looking to disappoint somebody and yourself.

Every year our sister sends us a table centerpiece for the holidays and every year it's perfect. They usually last well past the holiday. The delivery driver was kind enough to place in the shade and I made sure to water it. Thank you Inlet Flowers!

I ordered flowers which the recipient did not receive. I called to try to get issue resolved. I was told only owner Pat could handle. I have called multiple times and can not get a call back. I would not use this florist.

The guy Stan Hutcherson has a real smart MOUTH,we ordered flowers for a funeral and they were a mess, disrespectful, people we've ever dealt with,WILL NOT EVER LET THEM DO ANYTHING FOR US EVER AGAIN

Mother's Day flowers delivered on Saturday afternoon. That was the good part. However it was the most unbecoming arrangement of colors I've ever seen. Dark purple alestromera, purple carnations, 3 drooping roses in purple and pink hues, pink baby carnations, just dull colors all. The roses never did open, just drooped more. A very sad arrangement of flowers.

I placed my order on the 19th of August 2022 for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my Nana for her 92nd birthday on the 23rd of August. The order was just over $100. Now, it is the 7th of September and still no flowers. I have emailed the company and have received no response. I have called well over 10 times and it rings until it gets to an automated service asking for a verification code? Interestingly enough, one time when I call, I got a busy dial so someone must be on the other side of the phone. I think this company is a scam. I already reported it to my credit card company.

Flowers were delivered two days late with no explanation. No one answered the phone when I called and no call back after I left a voicemail for two days. When the flowers did arrive, the arrangement was pretty, but I was pretty disappointed that they arrived so much later than they were supposed to. The recipient had to go out of town so didn't even get to enjoy them. I still have not heard back from an owner or employee.

I received this flower arrangement from your location on Wednesday and am beyond disappointed and angry that this is a $65 bouquet!! It is mostly carnations, the cheapest flower of all, a little alstroemeria, and two barely alive roses!! Two of the flowers arrived broken and the roses are not opening and nearly dead!! You should be ashamed to send out such poor quality products, and I will contact ProFlowers as well to complain and suggest they remove you as a subcontractor with them! You make them look bad as well!

I just received a so called arrangement from my Niece ad a thank you. Cheapest arrangement I have ever seen. I know she thinks she sent me a better arrangement. Buy flowers in the supermarket, better flowers!!
