The people were friendly and the service was fast, but they destroyed the cap to my oil pan. Oil was leaking and when I returned they tried to "fix it". It was okay for a few days, but then oil was leaking again. I had to replace the oil cap and have a whole new oil change at a different vendor. They are too rough on Volkswagen pans. When I told my issue to the dealership where I got my issue resolved, they said they have seen this before.

Fast, efficient and friendly service. I have seen negative reviews about Jiffy Lube on some of social media, and I don't get it. Never had an issue there.

Their prices are very hight! $156 dollars for a oil change & a filter is ridiculous .I will not return!

Great Service and communication at this shop! Kevin was very helpful explaining options and suggestions. Very clean shop and waiting room. They also take care of my other family members vehicles. Highly recommend to have your vehicle serviced here.
